This is a private 2 bdrm 1 bath house. It is stylishly decorated and freshly remodeled, fully furnished with 2 super comfortable queen beds and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to cook an amazing meal. The house is a 5 minute drive to Fry’s grocery store, Walmart, downtown Prescott, many biking and hiking trails, and lots of awesome restaurants. This property also has a stackable washer and dryer that is there for your use. We promise you will feel right at home!
On this property there is a 1 bedroom guesthouse. It has its own entrance and parking spot.
There is an additional backyard that is community to both units.
You can absolutely rent both units together.
Dogs are allowed. Please notify host. There is a $100 pet fee.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Home is cozy and very comfortable. We were in town to visit friends and family so did not spend much time in the actual house, but for our use, working remotely on Friday and mornings on our own it worked very well. My only caveat would be to plan on parking on the street the rental behind this unit uses the entire driveway. Which is only an inconvenience when unloading and loading luggage.

The little house was decorated for Xmas when we walked in. So cute. The entire house is very cute, very comfy. No complaints at all. Highly recommend a stay here. Great location--close to downtown but far enough away that you have privacy and quiet.

Sweet little house.

Sweet little house, small but still ticks most of the boxes...wish there was a grill, but all in all, comfy with all the amenities and close to everything.The house was very clean, plenty of towels, dish towels, etc. The kitchen could use some more serving dishes, plates, maybe a baking sheet. Would we stay again? Absolutely!
