Charming. Clean. Great Location. Responsive Host. Pick Four. You can have it all with this rental. It's not the cheapest option out there, but the house is outstanding. Walk to downtown for dinner, or cook in the spacious kitchen and eat in the excellent dining room. We'll be back for sure.

This cottage was wonderful. It had all the amenities a visitor could want or need. The beds were comfortable and the home interior was well maintained. I liked the fact it was close to old town Prescott and they had wonderful places to walk in the historic neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of our favorites for sure!!!!

Mount Vernon - Prescott, AZ

The property was in excellent condition and very close to the downtown area. Located on a charming street, in a quiet neighborhood. Our stay was during the Christmas/New Year's season and many of the houses were beautifully decorated. We attended the New Year's Eve Boot Drop on Whiskey Row and had a great time. I would recommend this property and a visit to Prescott to anyone. Cheers.

Great Location

Property just as advertised. Great location on Mount Vernon, a beautiful street during Christmas time. Close to the courthouse. Very roomy bedrooms and loved the gas fireplace.

Absolutely lovely!

We can’t say enough about the Mount Vernon Bungalow. Everything was so perfect! The home had everything we needed for our family to have a nice dinner. There was enough space for the kids to hangout in their own area of the home. The location is centrally located. The home was clean and so comfortable. We will for sure make this our to go place when visiting.

I can’t say enough. You are always skeptical when looking online but this little bungalow was absolutely perfect for our family. Clean, quiet, close to the courthouse, restaurants. We will definitely rent again!!!

Prescott Visit

We stayed over a week at this VRBO. The home was a cute, old traditional Prescott Victorian that had been tastefully updated. It was equipped with everything we’d need. It was within walking distance to the courthouse and downtown. However there was one major drawback, the traffic. It was on an extremely busy and noisy street. Although we couldn’t hear it inside the home, it was very annoying when sitting on the porch. Also be aware of all the added fees by the management company and VRBO.

Wonderful sitting porch and fenced yard. Beautiful, clean home. Great historic neighborhood. Mt. Vernon/Senator Highway is a very busy street however. Great walk to square.

A great place to decompress

Sometimes the reasons for traveling are not about vacations. I rented this house with my siblings, then extended the stay for myself while I took care of businesses because our dad had passed. To be able to come to a comfortable place and relax after the stresses of the process was literally a life saver. I could come back and swing on the charming porch swing, reflect and smile. The neighbors near by are super friendly and will introduce themselves. It really did make it feel like a home away from home. I come back in a few months and I would rent this charming place again or find a similar property run by this host. Thank you for peace.

Fun weekend

Enjoyed visiting with our niece. We were able to walk to Downtown. Beds and bathrooms were clean. Very nice house. Neighbors are very friendly. Kitchen had everything in it.

A great place to feel like home during a difficult time

My family was going through the process of my dad being in Hospice. To find this charming comfortable place to relax and be away from all the heavy emotiins was a blessing. The home was perfect. It accommodated all of us to have our own rooms and the ability to enjoy morning coffee and make meals. The front porch was a bonus comfort. To sit and sip coffee, while contemplating what the day might bring, brought down the stress levels. I loved it so much, I stayed another 5 days after my siblings left. It really is a home away from home. ❤️

Perfect Home for Whiskey Off-Road

Co-workers and I found this home perfect for our stay during the Whiskey Off-Road. Perfect distance for walking to/from the venue, and had everything we needed when we needed to continue to work after a long day. We would love to stay at this home again.
