3 day stay. Room was not cleaned once. No fresh linens, towels or coffee. Front desk told myself & another guest, "budget" did not allow enough staff to clean all the rooms. Breakfast was horrible. Cold, dry food. The staff put out a small quantity of food. We watched them water down the orange juice and coffee. Debris in the hallways. HORRIBLE! Stay at the Hampton Inn behind this Ramada Inn for a few dollars more and have a clean room with an amazing breakfast.
It was a nice hotel ... the door to the room (back one was broken) very unconventant ... and the side door to the hallway was broken as well .. it was nice and comfortable but had some killing factors ...
The staff was friendly. There was many issues with the key cards not working properly, heater not working properly, door on outside entrance broke and washer machine broke easily and only had 1washer and dryer for a three floor hotel. I will never stay there again and I will never recommend this place to anyone . We weren't even offered compensation for all the inconveniences. Their computer system kept messing up where they had to have me show them I actually reserved a room. It was a nightmare.
I travel weekly and this has to be the worst hotel property I have stayed in in years. It cannot be renovated and needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. The smell in that place was terrible, a mixture of smoke and febreze. Rooms were heavily perfumed, rugs were stained, fixtures were rusty, ceiling was stained and plaster has hanging down. No renovations can save this place or remove the embedded odors. You need a gas-mask if you decide to use the stairs. Towels were old and worn out. The bar was smelly, not very clean and dingy. I do not blame the staff they were professional and nice but seemed defeated. However, I do blame the Ramada and the owners of this property for delivering such a substandard product.
Old place, worn out. Step up your game, Ramada. Breakfast: microwave that they cook the food in was broken. All food was cold. Tea water cold. Sub -par for the money we spent. This should have been a $60 a night hotel, not what we spent.
After they skipped our room service one night, was very disappointed with the response from the front desk. A call to the manager days later made me feel better in that she was quite sincere but by then it was already too little too late. Breakfast staff was simply not paying attention if not downright lazy. Not going back. So many other nicer properties to choose from nearby. Place had once been a grand hotel, but not anymore.
The hotel was just okay. There was alot of noise and the hvac units smelled. There was no vending on our floor and the free breakfast was very bland. I may recommend this hotel for a short nights say, but nothing longer.
The lobby and front desk were beautiful. Our room was disappointing. The door to get in building didn't work. The hallways and elevator smelled of stale cigarettes. Our room was very awkwardly set up. The bathroom and bed were very low to ground. It was old and outdated looking. The breakfast was the most disappointing. Food was over cooked, lukewarm and sparse.
We checked into the hotel which was to be a week's stay. Host helped us to a room on second floor toward back of hotel..We stayed in the room for about one minute and went back down to talk to them to change our room..The smell of cigarette smoke was unbelieveable!!!!!. Host understood and switched us to a nice room on the first floor near the lobby since my husband uses a walker. Breakfast was included in price but by the third day, same everyday... Friday night we had a family check in above us with kids jumping off the walls. THAN ABOUT 10 PM WE HEAR WATER RUSHING IN THE WALL..WE THOUGHT IT WAS BROKEN PIPES.. WENT TO DESK IN THE MORNING TO TELL THEM ..IT RAN UNTIL 10AM WE FIND OUT THE FAMILY HAD A SICK CHILD AND NEEDED STEAM FROM RUNNING THE SHOWER ALL NIGHT... WE CHECKED OUT THAT MORNING AND THEY GAVE US ONLY HALF BACK ON JUST THAT NIGHT'S STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF ANYTHING THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN US AT LEAST THAT NIGHT FREE!!!
Did not get a mini frigerator when asked for it. The heater didn't work. The front desk attendant couldn't be bothered. Didn't move us to a different room. The lady in the breakfast cafe was very nice and helpful.
This was our second stay at this location and the experience was great both times. Great staff, clean room, great pool, nice breakfast, quiet remote location. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again at the end of the school year.
The beds were comfortable. But the hotel is run down. The bathroom was a disaster. The ceiling plaster was failing down. The shower curtain rod was broken. The door was rusted. It was a mess. Breakfast was ok. Really limited choice. Rather sad really.
Good location, but facility is very dated. Rooms are not tech friendly.
I was originally staying at the hotel for 2 nights. Plans changed, and I added 3 more nights. By booking online it was done quickly and efficiently. The room was perfect and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely mention this Ramada to anyone looking for a hotel.
I gonna book 1 more day.,They had a pool and decent breakfast!!! I am in business trip..
Clean adequate room just off the highway. Nice location
The hotel pictures give a false impression as well as the hotel lobby! Once you walk into the hallways, it looks like a motel! Besides the lady who did checked us in the first day- she was friendly and attentive- the other front desk staff were not even there! We have to keep looking for someone to come to the front desk- security issue?!?! They gave us a room just in the midle of a blocked area for some party and there were a big fight during the night just outside our door, but no scurity or employee showed up. Our room was cleaned but they didn't give us ANY bath towels! It is a OK hotel for 1 night - you got what you pay for!
We had a family get together here. The staff was friendly and efficient the room clean and comfortable. The location was good for what we wanted to do.
Just a stop over location to Vermont. I just hate when they add charges not figured into the room cost. Parking overnight is $10 to $12 more. I might have stayed in a town that has free parking. Also figure in that the hotel is not immediately next to I95.
On the way to Vermont we did a stop over at this hotel....
