Nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was exceptional and the high volume of patrons showed it to be a favorite place to stay.

Breakfast was excellent each morning. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

We love Hyatt House. We have been here several times. It's a nice weekend getaway with the comforts of home and a nice free breakfast. We had the one bedroom suite with a separate bedroom. This suite has two televisions and one DVD Player. There are many restaurants and a Walmart across the road. We will be returning.

Clean and inviting very convent location the suite was amazingly beautiful

Myself and family (wife and two kids) recently stayed at this hotel for five days. On the first night we were told that the chef was sick so there would not be any food available from the restaurant at the hotel. so we asked where there was a good pizza place that delivers. They highly recommended Sals II pizza and it took over an hour to receive the food, and it was cold, very bad service. I am not sure why they would recommend such a place. There were only 3 towels in our room (there are 4 of us in our family), my wife called the desk to ask for more towels and no one ever brought them. The pool is disgusting, and the hot tub does not work. Our room was not cleaned on the second day, we were told that the hotel got very busy and they would clean our room ASAP. After coming back in the evening the room had still not been cleaned, they sent the maintenance man to at least collect the garbage. The next night we came back to the hotel there were ants covering our bathroom floor! We reported this to the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do, the maintenance man was gone for the night. After calling the 1-800 number of the hotel we received an upgrade to a two bedroom suite, and they told us they are going to refund one nights stay. Eric the manager was nice and offered us a meal at the restaurant also, at least he showed some compassion. Beware of the people at the front desk especially Mark, who told me "whatever" when I had a problem.

We stay there with my family for one night. The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly and polite. We had breakfast in the morning and it was pretty good. We will return again

Great hotel! We stayed for just 1 night but was very convenient with restaurants and shopping close by. Not next door to Military Academy but easy access. Definitely will stay there again!

Staff had equipment issues so I waited for 30 minutes to check in.

We had a great stay. I didn't want to leave. Beautiful and modern hotel, comfy bed and room, friendly and helpful staff.

This Hyatt is a great place to stay for families. There is a free hot breakfast in the mornings that includes eggs, omelettes, juices, yogourt, coffee, cereals, pastries, etc. The hotel has a business center that is open 24 hours to use their computers for internet access and provides wireless access in the rooms also. The Fishkill area seems to be a popular spot for weddings and other social affairs (we were there for a wedding); it was crowded, but fortunately the room was quiet. There are also amenities such as an indoor pool, gym, etc. The only small criticism is that the sofa bed we had in our room was very uncomfortable (as a bed), but otherwise the room had a good amount of space.

This was an ok place to stay for one night while traveling. 15 minutes from Beacon, NY. Room was small, clean and came with bare essentials. View was of a 24-hr Walmart parking lot and strip malls. Check in and out was quick and easy.

One BR king suite was roomy and very comfortable. Kitchen was remarkably well equipped. Good access to resources and things to do such as Hyde Park, Franklin Roosevelt Home and Library, and other historic sites. Short drive to Hudson Valley Renegades ballpark. Definitely would recommend for all vacationers.

We checked in on Friday afternoon for a wedding and they accommodated the early check-in. They let us know the events that were happening for the wedding. The room was clean and had every amenity needed.

Great location and amenities. Staff was pleasant and responded quickly to requests - including a clogged toilet - without complaint. Rooms were clean and WiFi worked. The pool was pretty small and got a bit crowded with kids, but we managed to take a dip after the families left. If you're coming for the weekend and don't like loud children who scream and splash bloody murder, you probably won't get the chance to enjoy the hot tub and pool. Complimentary breakfasts were tasty, but got crowded as well.

The room was very nice and spacious. Staff was great.

We arrived to find a nicely appointed lobby and room. I expected a little less than we got in the way of decor. The lobby staff and breakfast staff were pleasant, polite, and professional. It was a comfortable stay.

Clean & comfortable. Fireplace with leather chairs lovely. Well maintained. Lovely breakfast room w/ fireplace and fresh omelettes. Great food offerings- best breakfast in years!! Excellent staff.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, largely in part to the staff, and of course also due to the exquisite upkeep of this classy palace.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House. Amazing breakfast buffet! Rooms were clean. Staff was efficient. Though the pool was quite small, the kids couldn't tear themselves from it.

I would recommend this hotel. Clean and friendly service.
