We must have booked the wrong night but there wasn’t a single email telling us about our upcoming reservation, phone call etc. so we paid $400 for prime oct Saturday night and of course there were no rooms when we checked in. But the lack of empathy was off the chart by the front desk “Angel” who seriously needed a shower. Yea I booked this through hotels.com but I’m also Hyatt good and you just lost a customer.

The staff was very friendly. Hot top and pool were a little outdated but the temperature was good. The guy at the bar was very friendly. Unfortunately, the bar and entrance area smelled of old grease from 4.30pm.

The location was in the middle of 3 places I visited! I loved that Walmart was across the street! My friend got sick and I went there several times. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel review

The hotel was fairly clean, we were upgraded in our room which was a nice surprise, the room itself was large, however several of the outlets did not work in the bathrooms. Bartender at the bar was wonderful, he made us feel very comfortable and good was surprising decent for what it was. Would stay her again.

False advertising, the main picture of the rooms, as noted in this very review, has a kitchen, but only a small number of rooms have kitchens, and we didn't get one (very deceiving marketing practice); one of the big reasons for picking this hotel, was it had a hot tub, but during out two-day stay, it was our-of-order! The breakfast was subpar when compared to other hotels with similar style breakfast. And the room itself was filth and aged, not a good combo
