Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!! This hotel is old, outdated, dark, dirty and rank! Bed is low, old and hard. Carpet dusty, dingy and musty. Walls and furniture old and dirty. Staff….. no comment! Lobby, not air conditioned. Two old fans blowing. Really just an awful place.
Receptionist Shay was exceptionally professional and forthcoming. A problem I had with my shower was resolved by her quickly and efficiently.

You could not turn the air conditioner off. Room was too cold for my wife. Also the price I saw on Orbitz web sire was not the price I paid. Didn't know what I even paid. Also they said I booked it through Expedidia, I didn't get a recept yet for the room, the whole thing was a mess.

Lobby and common areas was very nice. While rooms were comfortable, they could use some updating. The couple of times we asked the front staff questions, they were not helpful. As far as the nearest train station or if they knew the schedules. They didn’t offer to even assist. The bar/food staff were always friendly. The hotel location is right off the highway and has several food options nearby.
It was perfect although I don’t like the idea of having to pay for breakfast, my room was $230
My husband and I were visiting family in Fishkill, NY that lived in the area. We were traveling from Maryland. This was our first visit to this hotel and we were very pleased. It had all the amenities plus it was larger then the hotel we used to stay at when visiting. I liked the span of time that they allowed for breakfast so you did not feel rushed in the morning. Also, we were able to extend and extra night with no problem at all and even keep the same room.
This is the first time I ever stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and absolutely loved it. It was so clean, the room was delightful, the king bed was firm and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was well worth spending a few more dollars for something nice.
This hotel continues to maintain it's facility and rooms. Still clean and fairly current. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Small business center and indoor pool. Breakfast is well worth the $12 price although other restaurants nearby. It is convenient to all the Hudson Valley sites and is a great centralized location. Fairly quiet location but with easy access to interstate 84, and only a short drive to Beacon (DIA museum), Hudson River views, West Point, Hyde Park (30 minutes) and the train to and from NYC. Cabs are a little sparse and a car is your best bet for this area. Beacon has improved with more and more restaurants and some small retail shops, antiques and art

Very nice, clean, actually exceeds my expectation.
Its a good basic hotel for an area that does not have a lot of high end hotels. It clean, fairly up to date and the staff are all friendly and helpful. It is convenient to most major Hudson Valley attractions as long as you have a car. The restaurants around the hotel are your typical chain type, but there is one diner nearby that is very good and has very good food at a reasonable price. The hotel itself has a good breakfast for 10.95 (for the full buffet) and 5.95 for the cold/fruit/cereal etc. buffet. The hotel is clean and relatively quiet, being tucked away a bit off the expressway in an office park. All in all, whenever I visit the Hudson Valley I try to stay here and find it more than acceptable.
