Terrible experience. When we returned to our room at 11:30 p.m., our key card didn’t work. There was no one at the front desk—just a note saying they were closed and to call customer service. Customer service wasn’t able to help, so we had to drive to the Studio 6 down the street and ask them for assistance just to get a new key card and access our room with all of our belongings inside.
The room itself was also disappointing. The pillows didn’t have pillowcases, the bed only had a flat sheet because they had run out of laundry, and there were no bath towels in the room—only two hand towels.
To make matters worse, we woke up to the smell of fresh cigarette smoke coming into our room. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unacceptable stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
