I got locked out of my room and there was no front desk representative to help, just a note that said to go to the other location for help, which I had to do at 1am. Also the Elevators were broken, my towel had blood stains and the hotel was generally just not clean and smelled like cigarettes. Will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible experience. When we returned to our room at 11:30 p.m., our key card didn’t work. There was no one at the front desk—just a note saying they were closed and to call customer service. Customer service wasn’t able to help, so we had to drive to the Studio 6 down the street and ask them for assistance just to get a new key card and access our room with all of our belongings inside. The room itself was also disappointing. The pillows didn’t have pillowcases, the bed only had a flat sheet because they had run out of laundry, and there were no bath towels in the room—only two hand towels. To make matters worse, we woke up to the smell of fresh cigarette smoke coming into our room. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unacceptable stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean but the shower showed water damage and the shower head was falling of the wall and mounted too low. The biggest problem was the entrance door. It stuck horribly. It took three minutes of playing with it for it to open. Very frustrating
