Quiet and clean reasonably priced
Nicely kept family-run motor lodge, but located on a busy road and with oddly noisy, busy parking lot activity right outside our room, which made me reluctant to open the windows on both sides of the room to get a cross-breeze. The continental breakfast was pretty much not worth notice, and aside from the gentleman at the desk who checked us in, the staff had an unfriendly vibe, almost bordering on hostility. The motel advertises itself as good quality at the lowest price in town, and I would agree with that assessment.
As a New Yorker you’re always worried you’ll step into a Northeastern version of Deliverance when you wander north of Albany. As I step into the lobby I see a friendly statue of Ganesh and I know everything is gonna be alright.
The staff was very friendly and the room and property was very clean. I only wish they had in room cofee.

It was ok. Dry cereal and warm coffee offered for breakfast along with outdated danishes from Aldi. Walking by the other rooms watching them be “cleaned for the next family,” the sheets were stripped, but not the mattress pad, and the comforter was being reused as well. Disgusting. During this ‘COVID’ epidemic, you would think hotels would be a little more cautious, careful and precarious of their guests stay. Ordered our reservation online. Told them two adults. Last several times it was two adults, we were given 2 full sized beds. This time the email response was ; one bed only. Called the property manager directly because they didn’t respond to my emails... they jacked the price up over the phone by 20.00 because we requested another bed over the phone. And they were going to give us a roll away bed. Anything to make an extra buck. Fought tooth and nail between the online reservation (a first party travel agency who works with you for travel hotels, planes, automobiles etc...) and the owner of the hotel. Low and behold, we got our two beds, and the price jumped from their online advertisement of 70.00 to 105.00 when we arrived. Cheap isn’t everything. And no, I don’t expect the red carpet rollout or the Taj Mahal.... What I do expect, is someone who keeps their word. Price gouging and uncleanliness. Wash your bedding! Who knows what slept in those beds before the other families decided to stay. For that price, I’ll stay up the road next time.
Flawless stay. Clean, smelled good and almost no outside road noise. Solid sleep, no issues.
Somewhere to stay while visiting family in the area. Nothing fancy or flashy with this hotel, but felt safe and had everything we needed for a long weekend.

Was a nice room and was close to the St. Lawrence Equestrian Arena where i was attending a dog agility show.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was friendly. The price was right. It was perfect for our needs. I would stay here again. It is not a fancy place but certainly comfortable for an overnight stay if you are looking for a place to lay you head.
