The rooms were spacious and clean. Check in was quick and simple.

It was ok. Reserved this spot more than several times in the past year. Pool has always been closed due to renovations. And they don’t tell you that on your reservation. You still pay full price. This time, pool is up and running but you cannot use it due to Covid. There’s only 3 other vehicles in the parking lot. This time around, we don’t bring any of our toiletries due to limited packaging space. Called the hotel ahead to make sure we could get this upon arrival. They stated yes!! We have all that!! Get there; have to beg for extra towels; are given two. They ran out of toothbrushes, conditioner and coffee pods. Girl had to search the building for supplies and housekeeping and management are not around. Had to ask for silverware, plates, napkins for our dinner that we had delivered. She went on a search for that also. Pulled the fridge out in our room to turn it on to put our drinks and food in; CAKED with dust, spider webs, crumbs, etc... My bed looked like it had spots on the sheets and two hairs. Can’t make this up!!! Toilet clogs at 3 o’clock in the morning; no plunger on-site!! The shower curtain smelled musty and moldy. We had to preorder our breakfast. We ordered; strawberry yogurt, banana, water, blueberry muffins, bagels come with; peanut butter, butter, cream cheese, jelly. next day, go get the breakfast at desk in to go bags. They’re out of peanut butter, cream cheese, blueberry muffins, and don’t pack silverware, napkins. Discover this in our room.

gentleman running the breakfast room was on top of things, cordial and extremely diligent to cleanliness. An employee with a great attitude is wonderful to see.

They are in the process of upgrading the hotel. Our room was newly redone and nice. Good breakfast in well kept area. We did have some issues with getting dropped off the WiFi.

Hotel is being renovated. Our non smoking room reeked. I felt like I was in the Shining. We paid $160 for this dump. Room should have been significantly reduced!

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought on new standards and expectations from IHG for how the rooms and property are furnished for guests to keep our guests and staff safe. Thank you for your feedback. We hope you stay with us again in the future if your travels bring you back to the Canton NY area. We will be completing our renovations and conversion to Holiday Inn Express by the end of 2018.
