Fantastic views and location! Free breakfast friendly staff!
This hotel was FILTHY Dirty walls, dirty linens, bugs in the room. Furniture was old and beat up. Hallways smelled horrible. Did not feel safe or clean. There was no way I was spending the night in what felt like a motel 6 on the side of the freeway in the middle of nowhere.
The property was dated. Our bed consisted of two uncomfortable twin beds pushed together. Twice we tried to order from the snack bar in the afternoon but it closed at 230 or so. Because the hotel is higher up in Positano there were not many other easy/close food options.
We were a little disappointed in the hotel. On our trip, this hotel was our most expensive hotel and out of everywhere we stayed it was our least favorite. It is in a great location so at the end of the day we were paying for the great location and not so much the service/amenities.
Don’t stay here! Worst hotel ever! No cleanliness,
Stunning view. Clean room. Horrible staff & hotel/pool rules.
Ants in the room, relocated to another room and within 24 hours there were ants in that room as well
The rooms left a little to be desired. The balcony and the pool were lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Useless WiFi. shouldn't say they provide it. had to lug my computer down to cafes to do any work...spartan rooms with not a single picture or decorative object, just a white walled box...computer screen sized tv without any international stations available...worn out carpet on the stairs with ugly patches where someone had tried to repair some of it...I paid way too much for tired and shabby...and their claim of internet and tv are definitely bait and switch. Orbitz should de-list them for that. Nobody swam in the pool because they required bathing caps...men and women! What decade is this? Bet you don't have to wear a cap at the Sirenuse pool. Staff was sweet and accommodating but the management was squeezing this Italian time-share vacation club for every penny. Stay elsewhere.
Rooms are clean and beautiful. The only thing is, it is up in the hills and you need to pay 10E for transfer each suite case. The included breakfast is really good, and the outside patio is breath taking.
Excellent hotel. Great location. Clean. Great staff
