Beautifully perfect location A beautiful place to stay! Great views, great rooms, great location. Maria and Marco were lovely checking us in, getting us settled and helping us figure out what to do in Positano! I’ve cold AC in rooms, plenty of cookware, fresh linens and towels. We enjoyed staying at your home! Our family of 5 would definitely stay there again! Only, recommendation would be having some toiletries available and better pillows. The communication with the staff was top notch!

Gorgeous scenery, fantastic location Checking in and out was a breeze. The villa was not too far down the stairs in it’s neighborhood. If you know Positano, you know about the stairs. The villa is gorgeous. The WiFi went down the day before we left, however. There are good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our experience immensely. Would definitely stay there again. Source: Homeaway

Gorgeous scenery, fantastic location

Checking in and out was a breeze. The villa was not too far down the stairs in it’s neighborhood. If you know Positano, you know about the stairs. The villa is gorgeous. Beautiful villa

This villa was in a very central location and was very pleasant to stay in. Maria Dolores was very helpful in getting you settled in and Marco was available to help you with any excursions that you want to do. The only issue we had was with hot water running out when our party of five were all trying to shower at the same time. Other than that I would highly recommend this space

Amazing I cant say enough about this property. The Terrace has the most beautiful views. The Property has everything you will need including a full size refrigerator and washing machine. As the property is not along side the road, you are best served if you engage a porter service to bring your bags from the road to the house. As there are many stairs in Positano you are best served to walk down the stairs to the beach area and up the road if you have trouble walking. The guide Marco, whom you will meet upon check-in is an absolute delight! He will accommodate any request you have. He will give recommendations for just about anything from Restaurants, beach clubs, tours, etc. If we were in doubt about anything we would call him. If we needed reservations to a restaurant he would make them for us. I could go on and on about him, but he was always available, friendly and genuinely wanted to make sure you had the best experience in Positano! Source: FlipKey

Fantastic location, gorgeous garden, great service

Casa Giardino is very well located, right in the heart of Positano. It takes about 5 minutes to walk straight down the stairs to the beach -- more to walk back up. There are several great restaurants right nearby, at the same level up from the beach, which we found very convenient for dinner. Cars cannot get right to the house and you do need to take stairs to get to the main road, so if you have lots of luggage, consider engaging the porter service. Casa Giardino is the ground floor of a large house. It was very spacious (there were 5 in our party). The garden is lovely and peaceful, with a hammock and views of the sea and the town. There were a few items in the house that could use repairing, but everything worked fine and we were very comfortable. The people who manage Casa Giardino were wonderful to us. Marco, the guide, was truly outstanding. He had the best recommendations of places to visit and the best restaurants "off the beaten track" to try. He organized 2 private boat trips for us that each combined things we most wanted to do (swimming, eating, sightseeing). We are already planning our return!

UNDERWHELMING!

Two friends and I booked this property for 5 nights,Sept 1-Sept 6th. 2018. Started off badly as the owners tried to charge an extra 20 euros per day for air conditioning. Not on my original contract and until I produced the email showing this, Nunzio, the travel manager for the property did not want to void the charge. After settling that there would be no charge, at departure the owners went back and said we still had to pay it. We then had to fight to have the charge once more voided. This property says it can accommodate 6 people, but doesn’t have enough seating in dining table or patio table for 6. There are four chairs at each table. In the dining area, there are two additional chairs but were told they were for decoration. Do not use. 2 of 3 bedrooms have twin beds which are really singles ..smaller than twins. And a sign in each bedroom says do not put the beds together. Each of the 3 bathrooms are small with small showers. Any non average weight sized person would have a problem. No shower soap, shampoo or conditioner were available. The rental rate includes a cleaning fee, but at checkout you are charged an additional 180 euros cleaning fee. So for each rental, they are collecting two cleaning fees. The owner is trying to add as many extra charges as possible in hopes the clients will not challenge them. Positano is so beautiful and hundreds of property choices that are hassle free. I suggest you stay away from this rental property.

estancia estupenda en Positano La casa tiene una excelente ubicacion, con unas vistas preciosas y la casa en si es muy bonita y comoda. Pegas que encuentro: En el salon no hay espacio comodo para las 6 personas que tienen cabida en la casa. Solo hay sofas para 4. La casa es antigua y fria por lo que, en la epoca que hemos estado, Semana Santa, es necesaria la calefaccion continua, el aislamiento de las ventanas en antiguo y no es bueno, por ello cobran un extra (calefaccion) que me parece excesivo. Si van personas mayores hay que hacerles saber que para llegar a la casa, desde la carretera principal, hay que bajar unas cuantas escaleras o subir para salir de ella. Parking cercano que cobra entre 20 y 25 E diarios por el coche, dependiendo del tamaño y autobus desde la plaza principal de Positano que deja en la puerta y es muy comodo.La casa es muy bonita, con una luz precisa y una decoracion exquisita. A pesar de los "peros", la estancia ha sido fabulosa. Maria Dolores, muy atenta a todo lo que pedimos.Source: UpFront Reviews
