We stayed for our 10th wedding anniversary in the La Sponda suite. It was unbelievable! The staff at the hotel went out of their way to make sure our stay was top notch – Paolo at the front desk set up several excursions and activities for us, basically serving as our trip consultant. The wait staff at breakfast and in the restaurant upstairs were delightful, the property is gorgeous, and our room was fantastic. I've never seen such an incredible view. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the transfers to and from the airport were a breeze. And the food was amazing! I would go back to Positano in a heartbeat and stay here again. I'd also recommend it to anyone - it's perfectly situated far enough away from the town center to feel like you have some quiet and space, yet close enough to walk anywhere you want. Exceeded my expectations in every way.

Pictures speak for themselves but I would like to say that we felt like family there. Everyone was attentive and helpful, even the breakfast staff wow you with service and personality. If feeling right at home and personalized service is important to you then look no further. Would not change a thing. Must go here.

I stayed at Eden roc this week and I absolutely loved the hotel. The front desk was especially helpful. Dejan and Monica where two of the nicest front desk people I have ever met.I will be returning to this hotel next time I come to Miami

We stayed at Hotel Eden Roc for three nights in early November 2019 and we could’ve been more pleased with our hotel choice. Location was wonderful. Drinks and food were amazing as was the view from the rooftop bar and restaurant. Prices were fair for the wonderful quality of food and drink. I was initially a little concerned about the location right on the main road, but at night the hotel was very quiet.

We visited first time to positano. I searched the Eden roc hotel from reviews from trip advisor. We were four of us so I booked junior suite family room. It’s a bit over priced. Ofcourse positano is anyway expensive. But it’s worth staying in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and very humble and most importantly excellent hospitality. Definitely worth staying in this hotel.

My mom and I took an Italian vacation and Hotel Eden Roc was our second stop. I wish I had more time there, but the three nights left my heart light and my soul full! The staff were exceptional, the hotel was impeccable and the view was to die for. I can not recommend this hotel enough. Francesca at the front was amazing, Carlo ay the bar was fantastic and Tony at breakfast was stupendously sweet. I’m already planning my next trip.

My family of 4 stayed at the Hotel Eden Roc, and it could not have been more perfect. The Breakfast offering is one of the best we have encountered, and Tony is the biggest asset of the hotel. He is so attentive to the guests at breakfast, even remembering what each person prefers to eat and drink. On the day we left, he prepared a feast for us to take on our early car ride to the airport. As I am not a morning person, Tony has yet to be the only person who can make me smile in the mornings! The rest of the staff were all very helpful as well and eager to help both before we arrived over email and during our stay. The hotel is perfectly located with amazing views and easy access to stairs for walking to the town center. Upon arriving we were given a bottle of prosecco in our room which had two double beds (shared by 2 adults and 1 child age 8, 1 child age 15). Due to availability, we were moved to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite after the first night, at the same price. The staff moved our things while we were out touring and even offered the option of us not packing again, although we did. Either room set up would have been more than suitable for 4 people. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel restaurant was delicious and a nice treat after a long day of traveling. It offered a lovely view dining outside. My husband enjoyed a massage in the hotel spa. We also enjoyed a day on the rooftop at the pool. The views were amazing, however, the pool itself was ice cold even on a warm day. The mosquitos were quite bad, but the hotel provided bug spray. We would more than recommend this Hotel without any hesitation!

We stayed 3 nights here and it was overall an amazing experience! The jacuzzi suite is quite lovely, the food at the rooftop restaurant as well as room service is divine and the views are unbeatable! They also have wonderful staff, particularly the breakfast server! I don’t think I would stay here again for one reason-that being the amount of noise you hear from your room. This hotel is located on a very busy road and you can hear all the traffic with the doors closed at night while trying to sleep. The hotel walls are also very thin and there is a lot of noise if you have a room near the elevators. I did not realize the hotel was right on a busy road and this would have deterred me as I was looking for restful and relaxing stay. If this is not an issue for you, I would hesitate to book!

Wonderful week spent here in Positano. The views from our room were stunning! The rooms were beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were always available to assist in any way! Breakfast each morning was fabulous! Great trip at a beautiful hotel

Love Positano. It’s magic. Staying at the Eden Roc Hotel made it perfect. This is a great hotel in a great location. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The hotel is a gem in a town that is priceless. Come here and enjoy life.
