The staff were wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and there is plenty of parking. Also, there is a great Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel.

Very good facility in Dover. Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was excellent..lots of variety, very tidy breakfast area. Very warm reception during check in. The manager asked us specifically if we had a good night...I thought that was great!

I’ve had way better service

The hotel itself was nice, however, the front desk was not professional at all. I also asked for help with the tv in the room so my son could watch tv and they said they’d send someone up twice, the tv was never fixed and we were there for five days. I also booked this hotel stay a month in advance and paid for it in full online. It wasn’t until I went to check out that the front desk accused my payment of not clearing. Not only did I have email proof and a screenshot of the itinerary, I also showed them it cleared in my account a month ago! I ultimately left as I had somewhere to be and as I was leaving, the front desk staff was mumbling inappropriate things under his breath. I will not be staying at another Hilton hotel.

The rooms are pretty old and rundown. They allow pets, which is great on one hand. But on the other try and imagine what 15 year old rooms with carpet that had many pets staying in them smells like..: Breakfast in the morning has good selection. But stay away from the eggs. Caused stomach issues for me every time.

Pet was unfriendly

We were very happy with the facility and staff. We had a problem with the room next door to us, as they had a dog which they left unattended for long periods of time. The dog whined and barked most of the time it was alone (which can be natural, and not the dog's fault). This kept us up and woke us up several times. I can understand that being a "pet friendly" hotel can be a good marketing tool, but there should be some policy against leaving a pet alone for long periods. Next time, I will re-think my options before booking in a pet friendly facility.
