This spacious open plan apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a large main bedroom, and a double second room. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a large, enclosed garden — perfect for outdoor relaxation and family fun.
If you are remote working there is superfast broadband available, minimum 250mbps and plenty of space to work. Sky Stream is also available with voice control and over 150 channels.

It is only a short walk to Southsea Shops, that offer supermarkets, bars and restaurants as well as all the shopping amenities you should need. There are many other attractions a few minutes walk from the apartment such as Canoe Lake, Pier, Beach, Pyramids leisure centre, Southsea castle and D-Day Museum.
Great bus routes around the city. Train stations nearby. Southsea is very easy on foot.
Parking is on the street, electronic parking passes are provided for one car, additional permits can be requested via online checkin for additional cars.
We are trying to do our bit for the environment wherever possible. We are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following: Milk in reusable glass bottles (as far as possible and time permitting) Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don’t throw them away) they are British made and cruelty free too Environmentally friendly loo roll - who gives a crap. Made from recycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am

The location is absolutely superb, just 50 yds from the Southsea pier and beachfront. The back garden has its own little micro-climate due to high walls making it like a courtyard which is totally escape proof for the dogs. It’s a lovely little flat, 2 good, comfortable beds and a fab shower, perfect for our trip. We would definitely come back.
