One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. They wanted an extra £10 just to check in at 13:30 — even though the room was clearly ready. When I finally got in, the room was unbearably hot with no proper air conditioning, only a noisy unit that blew more warm air around. There wasn’t a single plug near the bed or the mirror, which is just pathetic in 2025, and not a single USB socket anywhere. Reception handed me an iron but said there were no ironing boards available — completely useless. The place is plastered with rude, unfriendly signs like “clear your tables when you are finished” and “do not remove crockery.” It’s all so unwelcoming. You definitely don’t feel like a valued guest here. Avoid.
