After entering the room, the room smelt awful and made me and my partner reconsider our choice of accommodation so we checked out within an hour as we bought air freshener for the facility and didn’t feel comfortable as a first impression of arrival

Terrible hotel. 0 stars

Shocking could merely describe this place as a hostel, rather than a hotel. The hotel is setting its prices at a 4-star rate for the weekend. Upon my arrival, I encountered a staff member who was quite impolite. The majority of the guests are funded by the council, making this place far from a typical hotel, often filled with intoxicated and unruly individuals, occasionally accompanied by the scent of cannabis wafting in through the entrance. I wouldn't return here even if it were free of charge. Ibis seems indifferent towards its clients, and the staff exhibit hostility.

It’s a budget hotel. Very basic, very compact. Very clean . Staff very helpful, especially Tina . It’s very basic, clean and good for an overnight stay. The room is very compact , the in room toilet and shower are in separate compartments . It’s worth the stay, but we aware how basic it is. If you stay there. The staff are great. It’s clean. It’s affordable.
