Pros:
The apartment was well located and spacious.
Cons:
The Wi-Fi was essentially unusable and disconnected frequently throughout the stay.
The shower was very small and had no shelf or rack for toiletries. You constantly had to bend down to pick up shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, etc. during the shower, which was quite inconvenient.
The towels felt flimsy, and during my 5-day stay I asked via WhatsApp for an extra set of fresh towels. I was told there would be an additional charge for extra towels, which I found rather unreasonable. Instead, I was advised to wash the towels myself using the washing machine.
As for the washing machine, I was surprised to discover that both the boiler and the washer were located inside the bedroom closet, literally less than a meter away from the bed. The washing machine had no English instructions, so the host later sent me a translated version. After that, I discovered the washer door was locked due to what seemed to be a drainage issue. At that point, I did not want to spend more time communicating back and forth with the host to resolve it. Fortunately, I had brought enough clothes for the remainder of my trip.
Additionally, the room number information was difficult to locate in the confirmation details. Although the access code was sent at 3 PM, I was still unable to enter the room by 4 PM, which did not feel like a very welcoming start to the stay.
