There was a terrible sewage smell in the downstairs bathroom which was adjacent to the kitchen/living and bedroom area so very unpleasant. For six seniors it was very uncomfortable not having any comfortable seating. Two bean bag chairs and a floor cushion do not suffice! The location was not walkable to the attractions but it was on a pretty walking / biking path. Parking was good and secure. Would be advisable to have a guest information book with information about the rental facility. Information about the door locks, wifi, etc. Also no kitchen towels, extra toilet paper, broom etc. Seems like it is a new rental facility. The contact people were very kind and patient thankfully.
