We have books two rooms for 9 nights at this hotel. House keeping needs to order in advance, rooms were very noise, dirty and hotel staffs are impatient. Also when we check out early, we wondering is there any refund? The front desk lady was lying to us say yes. But refund never shows up. Don't take the Motel, and much more better hotels near this area.

The lady in front desk is not respond customers' requires. Not picking up phone call, don't care how long the customers have been waiting for, just do what ever she wants. Do not take this motel, and I am sure you will regret.

Had 1 night reservation for April 26th, I was supposed to arrive in PDX at 10 PM but my flight got delayed and I didn't arrive at the hotel until almost 4 AM. The staff (I recall her name was Bailey) was very accommodating and helpful even at 4 am. I had requested a late check-out since I wanted to sleep in and it was granted. The room was clean, well equipped and spacious. The hotel's location is also close to a grocery and many restaurants. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, no frills stay, I totally recommend this location.

Personally I don't like the motel feeling of the doors being on the outside. I like having more of the hallway inside feel. I like to be able to open my curtains without feeling like people from the street and parking lot can see me so I would've preferred a different set up. The room was clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. I did not like the smell of the room when I walked in. It smelled like dirty / stale people had been living there for a while so I tried opened up the door to air it out a bit and sprayed some perfume. Unfortunately you can't open a window. Another thing I didn't like is that the kitchen supplies were not in the room. You had to ask ahead of time so I had to carry some items from the check in the lobby to my room. I probably would not stay here again unless I were desperate or didn't care about those things. All in all it was decent. No major complaints.

My only complaint was the continental breakfast. Very skimpy. Oatmeal packets and snack bars. No spoons for the oatmeal. No one at the front desk to ask. Coffee was empty.

Room was fairy clean. Carpets needed cleaning and trash wasn't taken out. Bathroom and kitchen were clean. Dog was barking for a long time in a room close by, children were shouting, and a man on his motor cycle kept revving his engine. People don't seem to be curtious of others any more! (Not the hotel's fault!)

Poor quality of service. The AC did not work, and the room still had stuff left by previous guests. Overall, lower value for money when compared to other placed.

Everything is lower grade, not like I've seen in other locations of Extended Stay.

It was in a great location to the high school the basketball game was. The staff was friendly and even up late for late check in after 12am

Room fine, food, breakfast very basic. Grab and Go. Price was right.

Very convenient location to stuff, the staff is friendly and helped with my needs.

We decided to do a last minute trip to portland for some christmas shopping. we wanted a hotel that was close to the nike employee store. The room was clean, has a kitchenette. They have free coffee and muffins, granola bars, and fruit in the morning.

Clean, quiet and very friendly staff. Just what I needed. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and the right size for one person. Not a lot of room to move about. Had a full kitchen!. I would stay here again. Great value

We needed to be close to the Nike Campus and the hotel had way more amenities than we needed with the fridge, microwave, stove, etc. The breakfast was a little weak with it only being grab and go but the hotel was up front about that both on the website and when we arrived.

Hotel has nice amenities.Very comfortable.Grab and go breakfast is plain and simple, just right to start the day.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Very nice kitchen. Rooms get a full cleaning once a week. Had a hard time finding the place to take the trash out at the hotel but that's a very minor issue. Room was clean upon check in, spacious, comfortable. Nice shower. Great staff that accomidated me no issues when I lost my key several times.

It's was my first time staying this hotel, I thought it was avarage hotel like ramada. But it's not, there's no room services at all, so if you need towels you have to take your dirty once down to the office and get new once, how uncomfortable that is. The key will deactivate is self. If they will provide the room it will become good hotel.

Had a problem with my reservation so had to wait for a room to be ready. The motel was fully booked which seemed to put a strain on their staff. But all in all I think this is a great little place and most of the year its a great value for what you get. Not so much so, when rates around here skyrocket in the summer, but I guess in comparison to other properties, it's still a good deal.

Staff was helpful with towels and the extra blanket and shampoo

Thought the staff was friendly. Room was not clean. Sheets had stains. Garbage was not emptied. Sofa bed needed to be vacuumed. Called front desk and they came right away to help. Staff vacuumed, brought extra towels and extra bedding but failed to offer to remake bed with new bedding. The staff did offer to mail a free night due to inconveniences. We accepted but would've rather had a clean room. Overall, the staff helped better the experience.
