Good Location - Breakfast, great feature - clean good parking areas
Nice stay, close to everything.
The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and sweet (wish I remembered her name), the bed and pillows were comfortable, the room smelt like smoke, the screen on the window was ripped and the bathroom was dirty.
Our room had ants and bugs on the bed. The bathroom had mold on the tub and trim and urine on the base of the toilet. And the smell was terrible.
Property was fine. Some remodeling happening but no big deal. Our room had a dirty syringe in between the 2 beds. When we brought this up to the front desk and asked if we can be moved, the attendant told us to just pick it up and throw it away because she didn’t have any other rooms available. After my husband got upset, she temporarily moved us into another room until the next morning and told us she is going to have housekeeping clean the room. I asked not to be in that room again and she told me to talk to the manager the next day. The manager was to work the evening shift however we had a family wedding so we had to leave however the manager did call me and told me that she moved us to a different room and she upgraded us to a suite. We understood that this wasn’t the facility staffs fault but just didn’t like the hassle and attitude from the attendant
On busy boulevard. Sirens were heard, shared parking with restaurant. Surrounded by businesses. One was adult entertainmentand laundromat. Apartment buildings behind it. Could hear next door room in hotel shower loudly and each door slamming.
We’ve stayed here before and love the location. Staff are very friendly and rooms are clean.

They forgot to clean our room. Breakfast was not clean. Room was okay.
Enjoyed good hot breakfasts with scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and waffles. I was impressed that the butter, milk, cream, etc. were kept neatly and well-chilled in a counter-top refrigerator. Our room and bathroom were very clean.
I enjoyed the quiet experience of the rooms. I also appreciated the consistent good quality of breakfast food. The elevator is being repaired. I appreciated the excellent staff giving me a convenient, first floor room.
The elevator was out of service, the upstairs and stairs footsteps were very noticeable and bothered whole night. Also, I was been awake by the water running next room in about 4 o'clock am for all three nights! However, you have good breakfast!
It was a good hotel. I slept well and the rooms were clean.
