Nice place.

This hotel is well maintained. It's nothing fancy, but was fine for a few days. The breakfast was ok. The room itself was comfortable, clean and most of it was updated. I would stay there again.

can you shut off the water from 9 to 11 which was a little bit inconvenient and the staff who checked us and wasn’t very welcoming but the lady who checked us out was super sweet

The staff on check in was definitely not happy with her job. Not smiling at all. Answered ny questions with a blank face & tone. On the other hand, the checkout staff was really nice, jolly and accomodating, smiling and with a very positive aura. The linens were definitely not new, it was obviously just stretched out. Folds were not neat and didnt smell fresh at all. The elevator needs to be updated. On a positive note, i loved the idea of the complimentary breakfast where it was self service. The area was good. I booked a non smoking room only to find out the room smelled like a Las Vegas casino. I notified the staff that the room smelled strongly like cigarettes. The receptionist simply said they were aware of the smell. That a family had stayed in that room previously and had been billed for smoking in there. That the carpet would have to be replaced since they couldn’t get rid of the smell. Yet they went ahead and let me book that room and did not offer a discount, to switch rooms, or a refund. That was not acceptable.
