The system was down and we weren’t able to check into our room. We came back a few hours later and there was no staff available to check us in.

The place was a Sh** Hole. Stains and overall was dirty. Security lock was broken, and the place definitely felt like it needed it.

The office was clised when i arrived They put me in a smiking riom that was toxic. It could not have been cleaned. I woke up neseaus in the middle of the night. Cig burns every where. I wouldnt be surprised if meth was cooked in the room. Serious. That was not a flippant comment.

Very poor housekeeping! The carpet had not been vacuumed in weeks and had food stuck in it. The table/surfaces were disgusting. The closet curtain had stains in it. And to top it off, my wife also found mold under the air conditioner!

Pleasant enough. Carpet needed cleaning and there were no glasses in the room. Quiet, though, so easy to sleep, and I felt safe being there alone.

Beware of the extended stay in Tigard, OR. This place is horrible. I checked in and checked right back out. I am visiting and thought well it isn't the cheapest and it isn't going to break the bank either that I would give this location a try. I have stayed at the Beaverton Location and have had not troubles but trying to save $30 I stayed in Tigard. What a mistake. I should have known when I went into the lobby and the carpet is un-vacuumed and just sloppy. I normally say first impressions is everything but was overlooking it because I was tiered and needed a place to sleep so anyways I got a non smoking room. I walked into the room. Instantly smells smoke, I see cigarette buds on the ground, sketchy people just hanging outside ( like you can tell they live there.) , stained sheets, and the last straw was the bugs! So I ended up leaving. I placed a complaint and the lady up front didn't care. Refused to provide me a refund. So now I'm out the money and had to spend more than expecting for a nicer hotel! If I give this hotel a negative star I would. I am so disappointed with how this whole situation is being handled.

Outside lighting either not working or too dim. We checked in night so it was a litttle scary and dangerous. Screens bent. Webs on ceiling joints. Dust accumulation on bathroom vent. No soap but front desk already closed (11pm) in an attempt to get some. Said to be once-a-week maid service and we never had any (we were there for 6 days). Never returning!

When we checked in, about 5 pm they didn't know if my room was ready and had to go check. At that time I asked for the kitchen supplies ( apparently you have to ask they are not already in the room, yes even coffee maker ). They said they would bring them.up. 2 hours go by and we are wanting to make dinner and still no kitchen stuff, call customer service and again they are bringing them.up. after 30 minutes kids are upset and want dinner some decided to go out even though the purpose of renting at this location was to be able to use the kitchenette.so I called again and let them know we were going to dinner. Come back about 930 and still no kitchen supplies... We just went to bed. Next morning, I go down to talk to customer service and get coffee in the lobby at 6 and they are no where to be found and there is no coffee out... I left and got coffee.... When I got back I had finally gotten ahold of customer service and finally got the kitchen stuff.... Minus.the coffee maker... I again ask for a coffee maker, and again it wasn't delivered until I physically went down and refused to leave the.lobby with out it. Now mind you this is just the service part... Another note. There were ants in my room, and light bulbs missing from lamps, the light fixtures were dirty, however other than that the room was OK..... PS the kitchenette is not full, there is.no oven.

The place was dirty. I question whether they even cleaned it after the last guest stayed there.

It was clean, the room had a kitchen and if you request it you are given kitchen utensils.

Typical hotel experience, with the exception of 8 inches of snow in Portland. The sidewalks were shoveled promptly, making it easy to get to the car.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was as advertised, no surprises. Parking was not good. I would arrive at night, about 9:00, and there was not a parking space close to the building I was staying in. One night I had to park, within the hotel facility, a significant distance away, walking through not well lit areas. I am embarrassed to admit this, but another night I parked in a handicap spot. As a single woman, I did not feel comfortable walking through dark areas at night, alone. (I did leave early in the morning, hopefully not inconveniencing someone needing that spot)

This was my first and very likely my last stay at Extended Stay America. Apparently the building was renovated and had recently reopened. The landscape near the building still had the construction dust covering the plants...it wasn't washed off. However the room was worse. The room looked like the renovations was not complete. There was construction dust still visible in the room, a broken light fixture, no tv remote, towel rack in bathroom was not mounted, the fridge door would not close/seal completely and upon opening it, water from condensation would spill onto the floor. Hotel staff were told and they said they would take care of some of the issues...sadly, they did nothing.
