"We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! One of the first things we noticed was how clean everything was. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had a lot of what looked like brand-new furniture—some pieces, including the sleeper sofa, still had the tags attached. The mini fridge was much larger than expected, and the room also had a safe. The only thing we noticed missing was a microwave, though we didn’t ask if one was available. The staff was plentiful, friendly, and always visible throughout the property, which made the hotel feel well cared for. The pools were clean and enjoyable, though not especially large. The hot tub was a great size, and the swim-up bar was a fun bonus. The arcade had a nice variety of games and kept the kids entertained, although the games were a bit pricey. It would be nice if they offered a time-based play pass instead of only using credits. The location was another huge plus, with easy access to many of the Wisconsin Dells attractions. Our kids had an amazing time and are already asking when we can come back. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the Dells!"

"Expedia says they have cots available; there are two rollaway beds available for the whole hotel. Expedia needs to fix their listing - not the hotels fault. The staff was super helpful and sweet even in the middle of the night when we checked in. Even the shuttle driver was helping our kids at breakfast and everyone was lovely."
