Went here to stay the night because they advertised heated pool and hot tub. Upon arrival at 645pm, the guy manager staff member notified me no pool or hot tub because it cost him money to turn on and it’s a slow day. After telling him that’s the whole reason we came, and my kids and waiting to get in pool, and further arguing and threatening to leave he finally said they can use the pool but he will not turn on the hot tub. Later that evening my 3 year old daughter got sick and puked on the sheets and pillow case.. we took them off the bed immmediatelt asked the staff (guys wife) at this point and asked them for new sheets and they said out the other ones outside the door. So we did. We never received new sheets my sick daughter had to sleep on a stained unsanitary unsheated bed, while sick…. No sheets were ever brought. Next morning upon checkout the guy informed me I would be charger and extra $59.95, and then a hour later after leaving, I was charged another 59.95. I booked this hotel for $75 already through Expedia. Add that up, and consider the circumstances. More then pissed. Will never stay at a days in again.

I did not like it because the room floor was dirty they closed the kitchen by 9am and i had to pay extra fee for my dog and in the app they did not say if you have dog you have to pay extra

Pool sucked hot tub didn’t work open soap in the bathroom along with a open bar of soap only thing good about it was the shower hot water was good would highly not recommend that hotel again maybe take it off here.

Dirty holiday stay

Very very dirty bathroom. Mirrors dirty. Something splattered on upper walls, was cleaned up on curtain and door, potentially blood, maybe soda, didn't want to find out. Very outdated. Door locks broken through door. Some rooms closed off/ out of order. Smelled rotten in back area of hotel. Didn't eat breakfast.... didn't want to get sick.

Could hear other rooms conversations inside ours. Bathroom was dirty. Mattress was stained. I noticed because I had a concern about bed bugs so I lifted the linens. Next to an adult store. Shady patrons.

A saty in Portage

The picture depicting tis hotel is not this hotel. This is an older facility that needs updates. The swimming pool is empty and filled with debris, the sitting area outside needs help, the rooms were clean, but the odorize was a bit overwhelming. Chairs out back were all broken. Wyndham shouldn't be posting this picture
