My Husband and I stayed for 8 nights and it was amazing. The staff are all so welcoming and go above and beyond to make everything great for you. Love that they have a coffee shop and wonderful restaurant inside the hotel. You definitely be going back in the near future to the Brix.staff

Loved our stay at Brix especially at carnival where they curated everything about our stay around the carnival experience which was an extra special touch. Loved our spacious room and the super comfortable bed, the food was great and the service was attentive, friendly and warm. Would absolutely stay again.

The service here was amazing. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. The food at the hotel was really good and enjoyed the rooftop bar. Easy walk to Savannah and close to everything we wanted to do.

8.2/10. Stayed four nights in February 2025. The accommodation was for a King room , double occupancy with the breakfast option included. The overall stay was good. The room itself consisted of a large king bed, functioning air conditioning, and a rainfall water shower with great water pressure. The staff was pleasant and accommodating for the most part, the exchange restaurant was great, breakfast there was alright, and the overall costumer service experience was pretty good. My only concerns or suggestions for improvement revolve around minor maintenance and upkeep issues, namely the missing tiles and grout in the pool, the functionality of the sliding doors in the wardrobe in the room, and the ongoing smell of mildew and or sewage in the hallway(possibly a room) of the 6th floor. Aside from that, the stay met or exceeded my expectations. It's also worth mentioning, that despite the smell, I did not see or experience anything out the norm. The hallways, like the room, were almost always clean and orderly.
