Older property with Good size rooms, lounge room comfortable with double doors that open to Juliet balcony to let air in. No Aircon or heater. Mattress are not very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of bugs, no parking only on street as garages are used by property maintenance.

Breakers
Breakers was in a great location. Great if you wanted to walk to the beach or into town and there was shops not too far away with a great pasta and pizza restaurant.
Breakers is very old and I didn’t mind that. The downside of it was that it wasn’t clean. I had to wipe down the benches and tables and some cupboards before using them.
The floor had sand and dust on it that I had to sweep and the floor boards looked as if they needed a good mop.
When I turned on the fans dust went everywhere.
The oven door wasn’t opening and closing well and looked like there had been a fire on the sides of the oven. The oven was clean on the inside.
The beds were very old and uncomfortable. The linen on the beds and towels were clean. The garage door wasn’t very safe.
Just note if you want to use the garage large cars would find it a very tight fit.
This saddens me as I was having the first holiday since Covid started and was expecting the place I was staying in to be clean.
There was no wi-Fi
If the place had been clean it would be a great place to holiday. If you don’t mind staying in older accommodation.
