Stunning appointed kitchen with island, TV, breakfast bar, quartz c-tops and beverage cooler. Living/dining room. Billiard room for play. 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen, twin over full bunk. 2 full baths with vanity area. Laundry and large front porch. A 4 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to downtown Port Clinton and 10 minute walk to the ferry.



The Space:

Large covered front porch with fan. Darling foyer to open living room/dining room with refinished hardwood floors, decorative fireplace and Roku TV. Play a round of pool in the billiard room. The gorgeous kitchen has all appliances, Roku TV, island, breakfast bar, beverage cooler and all you need for an extended stay. Full bath on main floor with walk in shower & vanity area. Upstairs there is a large king bedroom with Roku TV, 2nd king bedroom, queen bedroom and twin over full bunk bedroom all with hardwood floors . The second full bath has tile floor, tub&shower combo and bluetooth speaker/exhaust fan for your listening pleasure. Deep back yard and some off steet paved parking.



Guest Access:

Shopping, dining, beach and ferry to islands within walking distance. Some paved off street parking in back.

Interaction with Guests:

We live a few cities over from the property for any emergencies that may arise. We are new to hosting but not new to real estate and customer service and know how to take care of a customer. We are always available for our guests. We can have as much or little interaction as you need.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a desk.

Had a wonderful time but would not return to that area in June. The mayflies were terrible. House was really clean. I expected the master bedroom to have a bathroom located in it, but instead there was one bath for the entire second floor. There was another full bath on the first floor. The house is located in a nice neighborhood, would visit again!
