Poor cleaning and house set up
House was not outfited for 8 as advertisd (limited cook wear, towel, TP, etc), dirt silverware, light with burned out bulbs. I would say the cleanin and set up was poor

House was sufficient for our weekend
Checkin process was easy. I had to download an app in order to complete the check in, but was seamless. The neighborhood was okay. We are from the Port Arthur area so knew what we were renting. This was one of the only places in the area that allowed pets (which we were very appreciative). There were a few minor issues that were brought to the owner's attention. She was very responsive.
The house overall was accommodating for our group, but could use a deep cleaning. Several of the cabinets, drawers, and pantry were dirty to the point they were unusable. The shower in the hallway bath leaked water out onto the floor. Towels had to be put there to soak up the water. Overall, we would stay again if it were cleaned. Another recommendation is to add an area rug in the living room area so seating on the floor were possible.
