This was a good place for us to visit family in Silsbee. The area was nice with easy access to stores and restaurants for our stay.. Place was clean and the staff at the bar was friendly for our post day relaxation. Overall a good place if your visiting the Beaumont area.
The person at the front desk too rude. The remote control in the room did not work, and the room was not the one you had separated.
Property was not kept up well. There was a roach in the room. First time I have seen a roach in a hotel. Everything looks outdated. Furniture is torn in main lobby. They don’t give any info they just hand u the door key. Cleaning staff was very friendly.
Lost power. No backup. No emergency lights in halls or stairway except one in the stairway on ground floor. Room was the most musty I've ever stayed in. Mold on shower head, moldy dust in vent and human hair all over the bathroom. Been coughing since I left. Gross.
My stay here has been very comfortable im even considering a long living arrangements here the hotel is very well maintained the owners of the hotel are very professional all around nice people the rooms are very extrodinary i give this hotel10 stars the rooms are beyond prefection i would deffbrecomend yhis hotel to anyone they are pet friendly which i loce and im excited they are about to open the other side to the hotel i cant wait i will stau here again once thanks everyone who work there for making my stay pleasurable
They did not provide wifi service, there is no sign board for hotel name.

soon as I got there they double charge me for the room! sheets wasn't clean the towels wasn't all clean then at 7am the cleaning lady just open the door & came in the room never stay here again
Hotel was nice enough, but there was a musty smell like water had spilled into carpet and was not dried out properly. This smell permeated the whole third floor and my room. I complained to the front desk 2 times at length about this smell. The staff did not address my concerns or even get back to me about it. I don't think they sent anyone to check it. They totally ingnored me and the situation.
Would have liked a local paper delivered.
