Room was in decent condition. When we got there the room was locked from the inside which gave us pause. This room was “outside” and the room had a lot spiders and different bugs. The room smelled funny but overall it was a good room and did its job.

Customer service was superb I do belive her name was Katie or Katie it definitely started with a K. Her shift was Oct4th she got off at 11pm. She answered every question wothout hesitation and was delited we were there. It was our family reunion and her attitude and attention was outstanding. Property very nice clean and updated. Great location, very nice and clean. Area felt safe. Complimentary breakfast buffet is very good, lots of options. Fre water much appreciated. The check in/check out always had 1 person only working and although they were always pleasant the lines were long and slow.
