We had to switch rooms twice before we found one without an overpowering, unknown odor/broken air conditioning. However, the lady working at the check-in was very friendly and helpful.
I love the area.they have most of your everyday needs places around you. Good resurants n once again peaceful the pool is great as well I will stay there over anywhere else I love it
The room was nice big. The only thing that it needed was air in room where beds were, but we used fans. Needs more plugs and the room phone did not work. They offered us another room but we had our cells. Very friendly and the pool was nice too.
It was ok...close to where my family lives...ok with coffee.
It was a good value. But, I got woke up early in the mornings by workers leaving early.
The Staff is friendly and very hospitable. They let me pick the best room to meet my needs and preferences. Check in was quick and easy, check out was even faster. They offer a wonderful continental buffett breakfast that's delicious. The room is great for the daily traveler. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, radio and TV let's you relax. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. A great place to stay.
America's Best Value Inn is located in a good part of town. We stayed there during the weekdays and the parking lot was always full at night. It is one of the most affordable hotels in Port Arthur, but for that reason it is not one of the most ritzy. It worked perfectly for my wife and I who were just looking for a place to sleep for a few nights while we found permanent accommodations. The rooms were small but clean. The A/C, TV, and fringe all worked fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good hotel for the price.

I've stayed here 2 weeks now and so far this is a great hotel. Best Value for sure. This is one of the cheapest hotels i could find, and it includes breakfast, wifi, mini fridge, and a microwave. Awesome :)
Way out of the way......kinda around the back behind another motel....very cut rate....beds in other room was against the wall that my bed was....I could here the wall bumping for hours.....hommies were driving in the parking lot at night with their boom box loud in their car
