The natural stone villa Son del Rio Nou is located between the village Pollença and the water sports centre Port de Pollença in a quiet location and surrounded by a small forest. It is the ideal place for all those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the tranquillity that these surroundings offer. The charming, rustic farmhouse can accommodate 6 people with a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), all arranged on 2 floors. Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a satellite TV, a baby cot, cot and a high chair. In the picturesque garden with a covered terrace, a 21m² large pool and a barbecue you can enjoy your meals alfresco and relax and unwind. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés are 5 km away in Port de Pollença and can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The sandy beach in the bay of Pollença can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
