This ground floor apartment is in the much sought after Bellresguard community, just 200 metres from the Pine Walk and Puerto Pollensa beach.



The apartment is next to a lovely communal pool in beautiful grounds with streams and ponds connected by little pathways. It is a perfect spot to relax and adults and children can also enjoy the pool.



As you open the front door to the apartment, there is a comfortable open-plan sitting/dining room with TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has a separate utility room with a washing machine



It sleeps five guests in three bedrooms. There is a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin room and a bedroom with bunk beds. The twin and bunk bedded rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.



This family holiday apartment in the Bellresguard complex is easy walking distance from Puerto Pollensa bay, one of the most beautiful resorts in the Mediterranean. There are plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants close by, as well as a handy restaurant/bar right next door.



A rental car is not essential, which means that nobody has to worry about driving, Parking is available next to the apartment block if you do hire a car.
