Fantastic apartment situated just 10metres from the Pine Walk beach and boasts fabulous sea views. Perfectly situated for the beach, restaurants and shops.

This two-bedroom apartment on the Pine Walk is a third floor property accessed by a lift. The apartment has spectacular views of the bay of Puerto Pollensa. Perfectly located above a supermarket with shops and restaurants in the surrounding area, the beach in front and the main church square a couple of hundred metres away this must be one of the best situated apartments along the Pine Walk.

The apartment consists of a lounge/dining room with air conditioning and access to the balcony, a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, an air conditioned double bedroom, a twin bedroom with ceiling fans and a good size shower room. The double bedroom and the lounge have sliding doors onto the front balcony with sea views.

Quick & efficient communication & directions from Antonia, thank you. As others have stated, this is all about the location, the most fantastic view from the lounge & main bedroom. Perfect for a couple although there is a good sized second bedroom. Fans in lounge & bedrooms good in Sep. Small balcony in front of lounge ( one chair thick) but opens out at the main bedroom. Would we return , definitely, but simple furnishing & the uncluttered feel suits us. Not luxurious however the position & views make up for that in spades

Comfortable apartment for 2. Maybe a little tired but not enough to be a problem. I think 4 adults might have been a bit tight. We really liked Puerto Pollensa and the views from the apartment are stunning.

Pollenca is a lovely place to visit, its very tranquil and its a lovely walk along the Pine Walk! Apartment was in a great position handy for everything and has a great view from the balcony. Beds not v comfortable but that is the only complaint

Prima Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) im August 2020 (zu Covid-19-Zeiten) eine Woche in Puerto Polensa. So leer und ruhig war es dort wohl schon lange nicht mehr. Man hatte morgens den Strand für sich alleine... Und auch wochentags hielt sich der Andrang sehr in Grenzen. Der Corona-Abstand war extrem leicht einzuhalten. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Prima Lage. Supermarkt im Nebenhaus. Der Wochenmarkt (Mittwochvormittag) ist ziemlich klein aber ganz ok. Sehr gute Bäckerei "Sucrart" (öffnet ab 8 Uhr) 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz und auch von Kindern alleine problemlos zu bewältigen. Die Aussicht direkt auf die Buch von Pollensa. Super zum Frühstücken bei Sonnenaufgang. Allerdings ist der Balkon eher für 2 Personen gemacht, als für 4 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer ist für 4 Personen ausreichend. Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man "mal eben schnell" etwas essen gehen kann. Es hat allerdings auch den Nachteil, dass wenn man das Fenster des Schlafzimmers (mit Blick auf die Bucht) offen lässt, bis mindestens bis 1 Uhr morgen "Animation" hat und diese auch hört. Und ab und zu weht auch ein wenig die Abluft der Friteuse in Richtung Balkon. Da die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur Ventilatoren hat, sollte man deswegen eventuell Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet und maximal für 1 Person. Man kann einfache Dinge ohne Probleme zubereiten. Der kleine Ofen ist super. Es gibt auch eine kleine "Bialetti" für den Kaffee. In der Nebensaison, wenn es nachts kühler ist und man die Fenster schließen kann, ist diese Wohnung perfekt! Wir kommen wieder.
