Pretty traditional stone house, all on one level, suitable for up to 6 people. This charming villa, with private pool, is set in the peaceful countryside just outside of Pollensa Old town (approx. 2 km). The bright, modern kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons such as a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen opens onto a traditionally furnished dining / living area, with TV and WIFI Access. There are 3 spacious bedrooms (1 double (bed size 2.00 x 1.50m with ensuite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms (bed size 1.90 x .90m) which share a bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Both bathrooms are complete with bath/shower, toilet, bidet. Outdoors, overlooking the pool area, there is a covered terrace with a brick built BBQ perfect for al fresco dining. A comfortable house ideal for relaxing in Mallorca.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Phenomenal personal experience…

The property is wonderful and located close to Pollensa and access routes to all the other areas of Mallorca.Spacious and clean with all the necessary equipment to complete a magical week away. Due to the recent poor health of my parents our host Miquel made additional provisions and is a truly kind and compassionate man who offered us advice and even provided additional supplies as a response to a question.As a local his knowledge of the island is impressive and you can see this live of Mallorca is reflected in his property.I cannot understate how good our trip was - fantastic!
