Villa Pericas is a lovely, inviting property, ideal for a relaxing countryside villa holiday.
Double gates lead into a large parking area and the frontage of the house. A path leads to the rear where you will find the swimming pool, terraces and gardens.
The villa has an open plan living-dining area with comfortable sofas and TV, DVD , sound system. There is also access to the side terraces from here. A few steps lead up from the living area to the dining area. There is also a twin bedroom with adjacent full bathroom with bath tub.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge freezer. dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven. This is a spacious kitchen with breakfast table and chairs.
Stairs lead up to a twin bedroom and double bedroom. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The swimming pool has Roman steps and is surrounded by lawn, This area is enclosed and is very private. The casita has a sink and preparation area. There is also a shower room close to the pool area. There is a ping pong table on one of the covered terraces too.

Had a great stay here, excellent value and great communication from the hosts
We loved the house, it was spacious with lovely outside space and a fantastic pool that our 8 year old twins couldn’t get enough of.
The team at Nord Villas also couldn’t have been more helpful, we’d definitely rent through them again.

En skøn uge i et dejligt feriehus - dog med lidt udfordringer.
Selve huset er rigtig dejligt og ligger for sig selv lidt udenfor Port de Pollenca. Vi ankom dog til et hus, der ikke var rengjort, men det blev klaret med det samme, da vi ringede til udlejningsagenten. Huset har tre værelser, men i værelset i stueetagen er der lidt en lugt af fugt i skabet. Den sidste dag kom der også en del myrer ind på det værelse, som bevægede sig over den ene seng! Myg og myrer er desværre en realitet i og omkring huset. Vi havde desværre to nætter med larm fra en fest i nærheden, og der er også en ejendom i nærheden med hunde, der står ude og gør. Vi har alt i alt haft en god uge i huset, og havde der ikke været de omkringliggende udfordringer, så er vores vurdering, at det er et framragende hus. Vi spurgte til rygning, som står som tilladt, og fik at vide, at rygning ikke er tilladt. Huset lugter på ingen måder af røg, men der står nogle æskebægere i udhuset, så måske er rygning tilladt?
