Beautiful beach front property situated opposite the wide sandy beach. It has a large wrap around furnished terrace with sea views and perfect for dining al fresco. This property is a ground floor apartment, just steps from the beach and 5 minutes walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa.

Ideal ground floor apartment with beautiful sea views and lovely large wrap around terrace with ample shade. The terrace has seating and dining options and the beach opposite.

Inside the property is distributed all on one level with a lounge/dining room with television/DVD player and patio doors to the front terrace. The kitchen comes well equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are three air conditioned bedrooms in total (two with twin beds and one with double bed). The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is an additional shower room to service the other two bedrooms.

Location was perfect for us opposite the beach. Appreciated the welcome basket of snacks, wine, and staples like butter and milk. Could have included some cleaning products like a couple of dishwasher tablets, but overall we had a pleasant stay. The communication with Kelly was great.

Such a lovely property and amazing location waking up to the view every morning was special. Walking distance to everything like pine walk restaurants bus stops and square. Right across from the beach and with beautiful views from the front of the house. A nice living area, perfect for our family of 5. Easy walk to the restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. Local shops for basic supplies and fresh bread. Plenty of parking in the road behind the house. We loved our stay and have already booked for next year.

Wonderful experience all round

This property couldn’t be better located. The views from the terrace and living room are stunning. If you cross the road you are on the beach, and it is a stones throw from lovely restaurants, and a short walk to the old town. The property itself is lovely - even nicer than the photos. It was well equipped and we made very good use of all the outdoor seating areas. It was brilliant for my young family but I can imagine it would also be ideal for older families, friends and couples. We will definitely book this place when we come again.
