Excellent séjour sur Pollença. Une situation géographique qui permet facilement de se déplacer à moins d’une heure de tout sur Majorque. Un extérieur super avec une très grande piscine et un lieu au calme très agréable. L’intérieur est un peu plus rustique que sur les photos mais ne dégrade pas l’aspect agréable du lieu.

Wir haben vom 1.6 bis 7.6 in Ihrem Ferienhaus gewohnt und möchten Ihnen eine Rückmeldung zu mehreren gravierenden Mängeln geben, die unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben.Stromschläge, insbesondere bei der DuscheMehrere Personen unserer Reisegruppe haben beim Duschen spürbare Stromschläge erlitten. Dies ist nicht nur äußerst beunruhigend, sondern stellt ein ernstzunehmendes Sicherheitsrisiko dar. Wir fordern eine umgehende Überprüfung der Elektroinstallationen.Starke Geruchsbelästigung durch die SickergrubeDer Geruch, der offenbar von der Sickergrube ausging, war insbesondere bei wärmerem Wetter penetrant und beeinträchtigte den Aufenthalt im Außenbereich erheblich.Verstopfte Dusche über zwei TageDie Dusche war an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen verstopft und unbenutzbar. Die Behebung des Problems erfolgte mit Verzögerung. Eine funktionierende Dusche gehört zum absoluten Mindeststandard jeder Ferienunterkunft.Gartenarbeiten direkt vor unserem BereichAn einem Tag fanden mitten am Tag lautstarke Gartenarbeiten direkt im Bereich unseres Gartens statt.
