Everyone was super friendly. Rooms desperatly need updates: ie; darkening "curtains" have holes, sink is stained and needs replaced, as well as tub. Room was relatively clean, except garbage on floor behind night stand. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Draft beer in lounge had a citrusy taste and couldn't be drank. Didn't partake in the free breakfast, which coupon said was a buffett but was not.

Stayed 1 night. Clean room, I booked through Expedia and they did not disclose that my room (suite) was a smoking room. Front desk person disclosed immediately upon my arrival and offered to change my room. I ended up sticking with my original room, and even though it was a smoking room, it was very clean and did not smell like smoke. Nice lounge area perfect for a couple drinks at the end of the night. Free beakfast was great, they give you a menu and let you choose 3 items. Would definitely stay again.

The staff are wonderful and the breakfast was one of the best we've had at any hotel in this price range. Yes the hotel is kind of dated, but it's clean and our room was as well. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Complaints about smoke smells....there were other guests definitely smoking in the hallway but it wasn't noticeable at all in the rooms. Those guests need to respect the non smoking policy of the hotel.

Waited 15 minutes to check in because no one was behind the front desk then was told the king room I had booked was not available and was given a double room. Was informed it was the “same price” so there was no compensation for any of the inconvenience or for not getting the room I reserved and paid for.

Upon arrival and inspecting the room found one of the beds appeared to not have linens change as there were bodily fluid appearing stains. They tried to say the stain was prolly from old sheets however after We had to strip the bed ourselves and replace.l the same stain was in the actual bed. Curtains would not close so the parking lot lights and the bldg lights were in our face the entire night. There was drywall dust and particle on the bathroom floor and all over the tub. This place was in very poor condition. Request a refund of some sort was told they had to have management contact me , which has not happened in the timely manner I was promised. This was probably the worst hotel experience my family has ever had to deal with and not having any response from the hotel. Quality inn should under go a name change as there has been no quality of anything in my eyes . Then to top it off the deadbolt would not lock .
