Toilet plunger

Weak breakfast. They had plenty of donuts and other stuff but never put it out. The toilet woldnt flush so they dropped off a plunger. No fix just plunger. The attendant could be bothered, too busy on phone. Not a place i plan in using again.

Bathroom was small, I am 6'3 and shower was low and shower curtain was very low, hit my head on it twice.

No Elevator

There weren't very many guests there when we were there, but it was still fairly loud. Also, there is no elevator, and I don't believe this is listed on the hotel's description. If you need an elevator to get to the second floor, you should request an ADA compliant room.

Room was nice; breakfast was poor.

Room was clean and comfortable; for that, a good value. Breakfast was included. This proved to be a misnomer. No protein (meat of any kind), just a waffle iron. The fruit juice dispenser was out of order. Disappointing.

Be careful! Unprofessional staff, they need training. The receptionist double booked us and blamed it on Expedia’s system, they said they’d reimburse us and they never did. We could’ve gone to a better place for the price we paid. Stay away!

Pigeons are roosting over the main door to the hotel. We have stayed there multiple times and it’s been like that forever. You have to straddle it to get in the main door. That’s disgusting.
