The refridgerator fluid standing in the bottom that reeked of rotten odor. Called desk which replaced the refridgerator quickly. The room itself didn't have a very clean smell. Management should check rooms after housekeeping, to ensure the rooms are being cleaned thoroughly.
Floors were dirty, mattresses were old, room smelled like wet dog
The staff we so polite and helpful, the breakfast was perfect, our dogs were welcomed.... it was so nice we booked a second night!

The hotel and room were clean. But the beds were super uncomfortable. Overall it wasn't terrible. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The hotel experience was nice. Hot water was a plus. Cleanliness a big plus. Guys were hunting, girls were looking for things to do. Would of been nice if had indoor pool or closer recreation. Hotel was picked for price and location. Had to drive to Chillcothe for entertainment for grandkids.
For the price I did not think this was a good choice. Hotel is far from the city and not well marked for arrival. There are simply no signs to get you to the hotel, which was especially needed due to street repairs in the area. Hotel staff was not well trained and card keys were always decoding, which required several trips to and from my room. Not one person apologized for the inconvenience, simply stating that that happens all the time.
We arrived at 2:30 which was early for the 3 p.m. check-in time but we were checked in and the desk clerk was very nice about it. Our granddaughter's wedding was at 4, so this gave us ample time to change. The room was okay. Sheets and spread were a bit wrinkled. If I had not seen the laundry room, where the linens were still in the dryer, I would have requested another room. We were here for one night. Breakfast was available but no tables, so we took our food back up to the room. Later, we discovered that people were using the meeting room for the breakfast room. We didn't need the Wi-Fi, so I really can't comment on the ease of it.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and size of our room. The staff was VERY friendly and efficient. My only complaint was that the water pressure was practically non-existent in the shower; otherwise it was a great room. Also very pet friendly!
NICE HOTEL, SLEPT GOOD, NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY.
Reservation was for king suite, was placed in a room with 2 full size beds. Room was freezing cold upon arrival, floor in bathroom never warmed up. The tub drain would not work, the shower was a drizzle. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, apparently coming from the room next door. It smelled like someone was smoking in the same room as us. Last time I stayed here my credit card was copied and used in several places in Nashville. I received a call from this red roof inn on my way home from the last stay, the desk clerk stated that there was a problem with their credit card machine and that they needed my information to run my card to pay for the room and then suddenly multiple charges appeared on my card....this is why I booked through a travel company this time. Staff was very impersonal.
