This is a nice house for perhaps a smaller family with older children, but for our group (6 adults, 4 kids ages 4, 7, 8, and 12) the pool was too small, not really big enough for multiple kids and pool toys without feeling too crowded. We provided our own pool toys, you also need to provide your own propane for the outdoor grill.the master bedroom with king bed, downstairs queen bedroom, upstairs 2 double bed room, and upstairs bunk bedroom were all very nice and just as listed, but the 4th “balcony” bedroom is just a twin trundle bed. Although it is supposed to pull out and turn into a king size bed, I cannot imagine that would actually be comfortable for more than just one small person. This made it hard for 3 adult couples to be comfortable (1 couple took king master bedroom, one took downstairs queen but the 3rd couple had to sleep in separate beds). I also think for us being on a main road with no seclusion made it feel less like a relaxing getaway, but that is no one‘s fault. Just be aware that the house is directly on a main busy road. The front porch is very sweet looking, but you wouldn’t really want to sit out there because it just faces a road. Tracy was very responsive via text and got back to me right away with each question i had. Sometimes I was disappointed that her response was “sorry we don’t provide that you have to go get it yourself” for things like pool toys and floats and propane for the grill. But that could just be my experience with other houses.
