Old Town Modern 2bed/1bath home with patio & yard

Located on a quiet beautiful block in Old Town Pocatello with all the ammenties Old Town has to offer within walking distance. Everything is brand new in the home and has been fully Remodeled. BBQ with friends and/or family while enjoying the front and back patios and privacy of the fully fenced-in large backyard.
The space
The Living room, Dinning Room and Kitchen all have lots of natural light in an Open Concept manner. Off the Kitchen is the Laundry room with towel racks that lead into the bathroom. The 1st bedroom, the smaller one has a closet and a door access from the other side of the bathroom. Back Bedroom has a larger walk in closet and an exterior door to enter/exit the property.

BBQ is located on the patio off the kitchen sliding glass door for easy cooking access.

Guest can enjoy sitting on the covered front porch and in the back patio where a table that sits up to 6 people is located..

Guest have access to the entire property and yard with the exceptions of some locked storage sheds and Cabinets.
Other things to note
Please Turn off the propane tank on the BBQ after every use and be sure to burn off any access food left on the grill and scrape it clean.

TV has Apps that you can log into as well as the LG Channels app which has free channels for viewing.

During winter please be careful of Ice and Snow, Salt is available in the bucket on the front porch.

Clean and cozy, but small

I struggled some with my rating of this property. It is a cute home, it was clean and has been nicely updated. We thought the living room and kitchen area was comfortable. The reason it has 4 stars instead of 5 is it was so cramped in the rooms and bathrooms it was challenging for two adults (let alone 4), to get ready at the same time. I would not recommend this house for four adults staying together. The rooms basically just have room for the bed, so there was nowhere to put a suitcase. There was some closet space, but if you don’t want to unpack everything into the closets it can be a bit of a challenge. Then we had to store our suitcases in the living room since it was so tight. There is nowhere to put anything out in the bathroom, except in the shower. As a woman with makeup it was a bit of a challenge. Thankfully it just just me and my BF and the other adult that stayed with us one night didn’t need to get ready with us, and was gone before we left. Nice responsive owners and find neighborhood. As I said it’s just cramped, and therefore not super comfortable for multiple people.

Went for our son’s graduation from ISU. Small older home that has been remodeled. Very clean and modern upgrades. Well stocked kitchen could use more mixing bowls, only had one. Cozy with extra blankets and towels. Easy check in and out. Older neighborhood but close to ISU and downtown. Accommodates 4 or less people. Would stay here again.

My Home away from home

Love the neighborhood, very quiet and parking right infront of house. Cozy and has everythibg i need to enjoy to cook so save money buy not eating out. This now my go to place each tome i visit Pocatello!

Great House

The house is clean and freshly updated. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great. The bathroom is small but perfectly functional. We were in town for a wrestling tournament but this house was conveniently located near all the things we needed in Pocatello. Communication with property owner was simple. Overall our stay here was perfect! I highly recommend!

Quaint place. Furniture was comfortable. Very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative is, and it's no reflection on the home our host, the sidewalks are hard to walk because of upheavals.
