Carpet Very Dirty and Smells bad

Facilities were adequate, though a bit run down. My biggest objection however was the entire staff's failure to observe any of the posted Covid-19 precautions. During my 5 day stay, I never saw a single hotel employee wearing a mask, despite the fact that there were signs all over advising the guests that masks were required. Not a single person at the front desk, not any of the housekeeping staff, and not even the people putting out the breakfast buffet. Inexcusable.

The property was good the room in the other hand. Carpet was dirty room smelled and there was alot of noise.

Fine, basic place for a quick stay. The breakfast was pretty good with eggs and sausage and make your own waffles.

the hotel is getting pretty rundown, it could use some cleaning up and paint job etc.

Good beakfast, decent facilites, nice staff. Fast check-in and check- out.

Convenience, friendly and helpful staff, covered parking, easy access.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly! Our room however would not lock, there were no towels in our room. The staff took care of us and gave us a different room. Overall not bad, but nothing special!

The bed was comfortable. TV was good. Clock was broken. Too noisy to stay there again.

Great spot if you just need a quick over night. The outside entrances to the rooms are a little off putting, but it’s quiet, clean, very comfortable beds, and friendly efficient staff.

Excellent with 5 stars. Nice breakfast. Nice service. Nice food in walk able distance.

Rooms were clean , comfortable, the stuff was willing to help anytime you asked for anything, breakfast was good we enjoyed it. Was cold so didn't have an opportunity to tried the pool. It a good experience, but in the lobby they were few big boxes by the elevator kind of blocking it

People were great, but some things were missing: we had coffee packets in the room but no coffee maker, the HVAC unit was VERY loud, the bathroom fan was even louder (and turned on automatically with the light). Breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel could use updating in some areas. A/C in room was older and made strange noises when cycling in the down time. The hotel staff was excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the various restaurants in the area. Ice machine was outside in the parking lot and was not working the three days we were there. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet except for the second night there was some heavy foot traffic overhead and a creaking ceiling. Overall we would stay again. The price was very reasonable.

If it weren't for an incident with a female staff member being rude we would have given a overalll 4.5 rating. The breakfast was pretty good but i was bringing a small plate with me to give to my son when he woke up and the lady rudely said i couldn't take it with me that i already had a plate of food and there has to be enough for all guest. I seriously wasn't taking a big plate and had only had a few items to eat myself . It wasn't appropriate and was rude. other than that is was a nice stay

I wasn't expecting anything above and beyond for the Quality in ... by all means we had a place to lay our heads down and a nice warm shower.. the room was tidy.. The elevator and staff could definably use a bit freshness... everyone just looked very sloppy and unprofessional ... to a degree that was uncomfortable ... but again all around for last minute planning we had a place to stay ...

I thought for the price of the room is was bare minimal. Our hotel key would not work and after a long day on the road, I had to walk all the way down the hallway to the elevator, then down to the front desk. Took 3 times to finally get a key that would work. The hotel did not appear very clean.

The person at the front counter was great , professional, friendly, helpful, and courteous. I wish all my experiences at hotels were this good.
