The hotel was very clean and sanitized. The towels smelled like Clorox but is ok. We felt safe. Everyone kept their distance. The best part is that they are a Pet friendly hotel.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Got in early, as we requested. The downside.....the homeless hanging around right outside.

The breakfast was disappointing and did not like that we had to pay for it. Our room, #315 was very nice but the quality of the TV was lacking.

Helpful staff nice rooms and pool. Comfy beds and nice quiet location

Hotel is great. Staff friendly. Great buffet breakfast can't beat the food or the price. Wish they had coffee in the lobby in the afternoon. After long drive needed a cup.

Pleasant stay in old building, remodeled. Attached restaurant is excellent and buffet breakfast is acceptable. Better for able people than for those with mobility problems.

I checked in on a Friday afternoon. The hotel receptionist was super friendly and professional. She asked what brought me to town and kindly offered great info and tips. Much appreciated! The room decor is modern and clean. I love the look and was pleasantly surprised as I had unfairly imagined the decor would be dated or stodgy. My room was quiet and clean. I suggest bringing a pair of earplugs if you're are a light sleeper as the air conditioning can be disturbing. I got a full night's sleep and was completely rested in the morning. Check out was super fast! I highly recommend the Holiday Inn in Auburn!

It was fine. The restaurant was very accommodating of a large group. Front desk staff less than attentive at arrival and a little arrogant.

Great breakfast. Hotel very convenient. And close to Highway 99. Arrived early by 2 hrs and had no problem checking in. Hotel has a great restaurant, which is convenient since there are not any good restaurants in the area near the hotel.

Everything was very nice. The bath room was a bit dirty, hair on the shower wall and water spots in the shower. Other than that, pretty nice and comfortable bed.

Holiday Inn Auburn was easy to get in and out of and find just off the freeway. The rooms were clean and the Staff was always friendly. The breakfast was the best 5.00 breakfast you will find out there. The only Negative was the beds are rock hard and spent most nights trying to get comfortable.

They were all really nice a wonderful restaurant, we go there just for one night but would love more they have everything in that hotel

Great location, very hospitable staff and very clean. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel a little out of the way but had nice walk to historic downtown. Only there one night but restaurant/bar looked nice and got a free drink at check in so that was great start to evening.

it was pleasant and quiet - I enjoyed the ammenities

Enjoyed my stay and loved the restaurant in the hotel

Considering the price of the room, it was really great, with very comfortable bedding, a couple of free drinks at the bar (Max's Opera Café) and pretty good breakfast (not included). Auburn is a nice quaint little gold rush town, with plenty to do on a one night trip. The hotel is located just a short drive from the Old Town area with really good restaurants and shopping.

We wanted to sample the areas wine and enjoy this excellent "Home Base" hotel.

Great location if doing things in Auburn. Walking distance to drug store and market. Nice outdoor courtyard adjacent to pool. Hotel should consider providing complimentary breakfast to keep up with other hotels.

Thank you and we will look into why there was a strong smell of Clorox. Look forward to welcoming you again soon!
