"They were very helpful allowing us to store things before our room was ready. Even allowing us to eat breakfast on check in day. Sadly, the pool was out of service and no one told us about the arrangements at a nearby hotel. I happened to be in the right place at the right time and overheard someone else asking. The hotel was nice, breakfast was great, location to the parks perfect, an easy walk and worth the price!"
