We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The customer service was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary dinner, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The amenities were also impressive. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, and appreciated the thoughtful extras such as complimentary popcorn in the evenings, as well as 24-hour access to coffee, tea, and a Soda fountain machine. The facilities were very well maintained, the washrooms were exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious, beautifully kept, and offered a great view. A fridge, microwave and coffee machine were in the room. Overall, we were very happy about our stay at this hotel. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Fine for a short stay

Would have appreciated more fresh fruit and berries at breakfast. They ran out of bananas.

The breakfast and dinner had excellent options. The room was clean and comfy and the staff was friendly and accomodations. Have nothing bad to say about it.

Breakfast was free and with many options. Coffee and tea with name brands - hot and available 24/7. Dinner free option with comfort food and one alcoholic drink on the house was a great bargain. Rooms were large, updated, attractive and clean / very nice bathroom with large tiled shower. Happy, cooperative staff!

Free food every evening! Overall great stay. Been sleeping on Pittsburgh for years but can’t wait to go back for another visit. Going to Drury again, too.
