"My husband and I were truly appreciative and pleased with our stay at your hotel. From the comfort of our room to the exceptional service we received, everything exceeded our expectations. Jolin at check-in was wonderful, and the entire staff was welcoming and attentive. The chef (my apologies that I can’t recall her name) and especially Lena went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Their kindness meant so much to us. Our stay was during a very difficult time, as we were in town for my mother’s funeral service. The compassion, warmth, and professionalism shown to us made an emotional time much easier, and we are deeply grateful. We genuinely have nothing but positive things to say. We stayed here while visiting from out of town due to my grandfathers passing... we could not have asked for nor recieved better customer service. The hotel room was beautiful and the interior, while it was under construction at the time was still very beautiful and relaxing to be in."
