"The stay was great, the front desk was great the only downside was there was an issue with the app… I double checked my dates and it still booked the wrong dates. I didn’t find out until I got the notification about my trip. Hotels.com tried to help unfortunately management wouldn’t refund or even do a partial one. I double checked the dates when I chose them, I guess I need to make sure hotels.com doesn’t change them back"

"The hotel employees were amazing very helpful. What we found odd was there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The bed was perfect and comfortable."
