"The floors were dirty. The bathroom door did not shut. Maintenance man let himself into our room at night when we were all sleeping. Most of the staff were unhelpful when we asked questions about the tram and boardwalk opening times. The pool was fine but the pool room was dirty and dusty. I would not stay there again. "
