Excellent location, paid €10 to upgrade to tower view room (thought I’d booked one but apparently not - descriptions could maybe be clearer), but was definitely worth the upgrade.

We arrived late, and were delighted by the night view! Location wise is amazing, rooms are simply, classic and clean. You don’t need much more as everything is on the foot step to enjoy. Travel light as storage of luggage is tight. We had a family room and kids lived the loft. Thank you for a great stay in Pisa.

The view from the room is alone worth choosing the hotel. We went into the room, opened the wooden blinds and there it was - The Tower of Pisa in its full glory. We looked at the tower countless times from our window during our stay - mornings, evening and nights!

This is slap bang next to the Tower and as central as you can get. The room was really nice with a view of the Tower too. The air con is not very good, so the room never really cools down which is a bit tricky to sleep in if it’s hot (which it was!). Still a really great hotel though and the windows keep the noise out brilliantly

I rarely leave reviews but wow we were blown away! The location cannot be any closer to the Tower, the view out of the bedroom windows was mind-blowing, we also happened to stay the same night as the annual performance to celebrate the tower so sat in bed watching it out of our window. Air con was great, rooms were comfortable, staff were helpful we did send a message about whether we could leave bags whilst we waited for check in which wasn't responded to but I probably should have sent it earlier in the week to allow time for this. Overall a fantastic stay and have already recommended to other families to stay here if visiting!

The location was exceptional, as it is right near the leaning tower. The receptionist was helpful by allowing us to leave our backpacks before check-in time. It is located above many restaurants. The room is clean and air conditioning is functioning well. However, the photo that advertised the place conveys the impression that our room has a frontal view of the leaning tower. But we have to poke our head out of the window to see the tower. That said, it is still an excellent choice for our visit.
