I stayed in this hotel for a day on 11th Sept 2017.The Hotel is just a turn away from Pisa centrale. Good Rooms. Bathroom has good toiletries and is clean. The staff at the counter was very helpful especially when I was not knowing the Italian language. The breakfast was good and sumptuous. For a city like Pisa this hotel is excellent.

Stayed 2 nights. Really easy to find from the station. Very clean and conformable room and bed. Room a bit small but only in there to sleep as too much to see in town and a train ride away to Florence etc. Reception staff friendly enough but lady doing breakfast duties was exceptionally pleasant. Good price and most convenient location . Thoroughly recommended.

Hotel is easy to find . The room was clean ,neat and comfortable with all you need. Location was good- near the train Station, and walking distance for sightseeing. Reception staff were helpful . Breakfast was great with very good choices.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, early October ‘17. The location is ideal for the train station & central Pisa, for restaurants & shopping. The leaning tower is a short walk across the river. We arrived before check in & reception allowed us to leave our luggage while we went for a walk. Our room was comfortable & quiet but unfortunately the safe was not bolted to the shelf in the wardrobe. Breakfast was simple but adequate. We had dinner at a restaurant across the road from the hotel which was very good. We enjoyed a day trip on the train to Livorno & had a nice lunch at Cafe Ostinati. The town of Cecina is worth a visit for a day at the beach. The Pisa mover (light rail) is excellent, a quick journey to the airport. We would recommend this hotel for its location in Pisa.

We had a bad experience that night with booking at another b&b. Being it 2:00 am we just randomly checked into this one as we had no choice. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us a room immediately. Though a little high price , I think they are a good hotel. Rooms have a good ventilation, extremely friendly staff who was ready to make the best strong black coffee for me in the morning. Breakfast is not to kiss, good healthy options. The price should be slightly lower though.

Pro:- Location near train station. Rooms are clean. Condition not modern but well-maintained, pictures of rooms advertised are well represented. Plenty of power sockets. Con:- Poor staff attitude! Insisted on holding onto our passports whilst sending us up to our room, presumably trying to make us comfortable, but not everyone is comfortable letting their passports out of their sights. We checked with staff about mini-bar in room and charges as there were no signs indicating costs nor charges and were told it was "Free Gratis", however we received a rude shock upon check-out. We were told that the staff who informed us mini-bar was complimentary spoke no English. Even water was NOT complimentary, so beware! Leave your luggage with them at your own risk. No tags were issued to us when we left the luggage and we collected our luggage without any verifications done by any staff. Overall, it was good enough for a one night's stay but the unfair charge on mini-bar and insecure stored luggage left an extremely bad taste.

The hotel is very close to the station( 5 mins walk) and airport (€10 taxi ride). We arrived before check in and they were happy to store our luggage. Our room was fine, not huge but with a large comfy bed and a good bathroom. Breakfast was good and we found the staff helpful.

Despite some poor reviews we decided to book this Hotel in view of its location and we were very pleasantly surprised. Great location only 2/3 mins from the station and a few minutes from the shopping area with bars and restaurants. Very nice room (306) with comfortable king size bed and very modern bathroom with super shower. Towels and toiletries changed / replenished every day. Good selection of food for the continental breakfast, staff were fine with us . Would have liked an English TV news channel but managed without for 5 days. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this Hotel particularly if you need to be by the station for exploring other places ie. Rome, Florence, Portofino, Cinque Terre. Overall well pleased with the Hotel Terminus.

I stayed here for 1 night when travelling back to Pisa from Florence. The hotel was clean, had free breakfast, had free wifi and was near to the train station. They are all the good points, however there was an awful smell in the hotel and specifically in the room. The streets surrounding the hotel are rough, however this is not a reflection on the hotel.

Not concerning myself with the view we had... Which was of a brick wall of the inner part of the building. We stayed in room 212... Which has to be the noisiest room on earth. Its situated beside not only the elevator shaft, but also the staircase so just when you thought you might get a reprieve from the noise of the elevator you are subjected to the noise of commotion on the stairwell. We merely pointed this out the the staff member on the desk the next morning so they could know for future reference and we were greeted with quite a bit of hostility which was very undignified. We hadn't asked to be moved room we were only there for two nights anyway but the staff member was pretty rude about our review of our horrendous night sleep. It's not the best place to stay and im sure pisa has much better to offer. it's in a decent location and walking distance from the tower etc.. Thats about the only plus point it has.
