The guy in the reception were very helpful. He helped my soon with a screwdriver to repair his sun glasses. Good breakfast. Clean and modern room. Near airport and train station. Easy to reach all tourist places.
Basic, clean rooms at a decent price. The main advantage is that the train station is just around the corner. Rather far from the town center, consequently. Staff could have been more friendly. Nice breakfast.
Visited with my wife for a couple of nights. Everything is withing walking distance, clean, modern enough. Very close to shopping centre, train station and the tower. Could do with better breakfast options but nice stay would probably go back if I'm ever in Pisa again.
We had booked a place closer to the tower, but this was much more convenient and we saved enough to pay for a nice dinner and buy tickets to Cinqueterre. And it was better than hauling our bags or taking a taxi to the other place (which also tried to charge for a cancellation that was within the free cancellation window, but maybe TA will publish that review). Did not experience the least bit of rudeness from any of the staff, and they let us keep our bags stashed until check-in time, so we could see the sights more freely. Room overlooked the street, but it was reasonably quiet (especially with white noise from AC). Breakfast was extensive, and enough to last us to dinner in Cinquterre with only a little bread and cheese and prosciutto and some peaches (possibly the best I ever had- sorry Georgia), purchased from the nearby Coop, to tide us over. We were there pretty much at peak season and hotel prices in December are less than half us much, so ironically, I'm not sure I would stay there today if I did not know it as I would worry about the really low price, but it's OK- just off-peak. Borderline neighborhood; starts to get a little rough a block or two east, but no worries north, south and west, and it's just a little rough, not what I would call dangerous. Wi-Fi, as mentioned by some others, is not convenient, but serviceable. We did not have to register with our cell phone number, but needed to use passwords.
I booked hotel terminus even if its over our budget coz we want an accommodation with private bathroom as i noticed a lot of accommodation in pisa has shared bathroom and they offer free breakfast. Its a good decision coz theres not much restaurants around for breakfast. Hotel room is basic but clean and reception is very helpful. There is a chinese restaurant few blocks away which is nice and quite reasonable. The hotel is very near the pisa centrale and the bus stop that can take you to the leaning tower of pisa. Will recommend this hotel.
It is a nice hotel very handy since it is not far from the city center. It is an standard hotel, clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to other travellers, moreover if they are travelling the day after, since it is literally 2 min away from the railway station. The only bad thing is that the WI-FI connection doesn't work.
We picked this hotel because it is close to the train station. The breakfast was not bad, quite a lot of options. I give it one star because - Very unprofessional and unfriendly receptionist. The man with white hair at the reception desk was extremely rude. It was unfortunate for us that whenever we needed service or had questions he was the one at the reception so we always had to deal with him. And the experience with him was unpleasant every single time. - False advertisement about free Wi-Fi. In fact the Wi-Fi is provided by a local system for which you have to register with your cell phone number and then you will receive a code for one hour's free access. - Very small bathroom, especially the shower. It's very hard to turn around in the shower. Overall I would not recommend this place. .
Had one night here in order to catch 6.30am flight next morning to Palermo. In 6 weeks in Italy we have not seen such lazy contemptuous and dismissive front desk staff. Refused to allow us to pay when booking in shoved that task to night staff, refused to book a taxi for us for the morning -again shoved that task onto night staff. When leaving Hotel was unable to procure a taxi (they obviously have no relationship with taxis) and we were forced to secure our own taxi outside the train station Had we waited we would have missed our flight. Hotel has elaborate foyer but rooms are tired and basic but for our purpose were ok for 1 night. We did not take breakfast option
Good location, close to the train station and 10 minutes by bus from the airport, within walking to the city center. Spacious and comfortable last floor room with access to a nice terrace, good wi-fi. Very nice and helpful staff.
Good location..rooms good..breakfast and staff good and friendly..2 guys at reception.. awkward and not suitable in my opinion to dealing with tourists and questions about how to get anywhere. I would say if you know everything you want to know about Pisa and getting around then yes go for it but if you need help then no..and as for the noise of the fridge kicking in every 30 minutes with a hell of a noise... Very frustrating place
