Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Single occupancy room size is adequate for EU standards, larger people may find it cramped. Room is aged but clean, with street view. Property has a cute, tiny elevator. Very near to the train station.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in Italy. Rock hard bed, abysmal breakfast and a room that hasn’t been updated since the 1950s. Do not recommend if you want to actually sleep at night.

Not the nicest area. Dirty. People lounging on street with beer, wine bottles; clothes strewn about. When checking out was informed that breakfast was not included. Stayed in five different hotels on this trip, this was the only one where we were required to pay for breakfast. Lots of other options near the train station. Don’t pick this one.

The hotel was great and staff was friendly. Our flight got in late, and we didn't feel super safe walking around to find something to eat late at night. But for the price, it was worth it. If you walk just one block over, you are in more of the touristy part of town. Only a 25 minute scenic walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which was great.

Breakfast was very good with generous portions and a lot of choice. Reception staff were helpful giving us the name of nearby restaurant and allowing us to leave our baggage in the hotel. It was very close to the main railway station.

The hotel was within walking distance from the train station. The reception desk was very helpful with information. There was a large luggage room to drop off cases, which allowed us to explore Pisa further after check out time.

Surprising little hotel

Very close to the train station. This hotel was a little suprising, It didnt have any lifts from the front door to the reception which was a bit tricky with big heavy bags however the staff memeber was happy to help us. There is a small lift once your in that you take to your room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is a little dated but was ok for a few nights stay. Breakfast was basic but enough choices to start your day. Loved the freshly barista made coffee each morning. Each day they ask you to leave your key at the reception which seemed a bit weird, but they were old style real keys and very heavy so glad not to be carrying in my bag all day. room was a bit dark. the bed was a little hard. The bathroom had a shower with good pressure, but you did have to be careful as there is a step down from the bathroom to the bedroom. The area was ok and walkable. Would recommend
