Stayed here after late night flight arrival with very early train departure the next am (9€ taxi midnight arrival) and 3 min walk to train station. For the price and the location you can't beat it! Especially the very friendly and polite staff. Huge bed and very nice shower. Would definitely stay again.
Last minute trip during half term. Stayed in a family room with 3 children. Room was spacious and clean. Great location, very close to the train station. The two young guys on reception were great! They helped with directions and restaurant recommendations, they spoke great English and made us feel very welcome. There is an older gentleman who works during the day who is less friendly but we didn't let that ruin our stay or holiday! We'd definitely stay again.
Stayed here last minute as we had a late flight. Very nice man on reception. Lovely clean modern room and smashing price.just around the corner from the train station. Had two glasses of wine and two Coca-Cola grounder €10. Bed was huge! Would be less than a 15 minute walk into the campo
It's absolutely true what everyone here's saying about the older man at reception! We were lucky if he deigned to utter a single word to us when we handed in our key in the morning and collected it in the evening (we were not told about having to hand in our key upon check-in; the receptionist started angrily shouting at us on our way out on our first day and that was the first we knew about it). There was a far more pleasant man on reception at other times who found us a corkscrew and rang up to change our restaurant reservation for us, the kind of good service you expect at a proper hotel! The older man was so rude that he made us feel unwelcome, which I'm sorry to say affected the overall enjoyment of our stay. If he wasn't ignoring us he was sighing and grumbling at us when we dared ask for our key; this was my 13th time in Italy and have never experienced anything like his attitude. The hotel is listed as providing 'free wifi' but we were told the wifi was only for 24 hours and then we had to pay, though I don't think we did - hard to tell as the bill wasn't itemised, the older man just put an amount into the card reader and I had to pay it! It wasn't even reliable wifi; it kept signing me back out every few minutes. No coffee machine, nowhere to hang things in bathroom. Very few plug sockets. We didn't have breakfast but saw it finishes at 9.30am, too early for anyone on a relaxing holiday. Excellent location if you want to be near the station rather than the tower, a couple of minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes walk from the airport (taxi is 6 euro if you have lots of luggage). Room was clean other than the previous guests' skidmarked bidet flannels in our bathroom, didn't realise what they were until I picked them up, urgh! Also my mother put her jacket on the wardrobe shelf and it came out caked in dust. Come to think of it perhaps the room wasn't actually that clean! Reliable hot water, air-conditioning, hundreds of tv channels (no English ones). Mini bar was useful to put our own drinks in! Not the worst hotel in the world but I wouldn't stay here again.
This is a good value hotel, close to railway station and an easy walk to the main plaza's and streets, facilities are of a good standard, it is not a 4 star hotel but comfortable. A few steps to hike luggage up but good lift to rooms.
This property is very near Pisa Central Station and all the major attractions of the town are in walking distance. The room was big and clean. Big bath room with clean towels. Breakfast was good, though choice of fresh fruits were limited. All in all good value for money.
This hotel is so close to the station in a quiet street. It has decent sized rooms which are very clean and well appointed with a lovely bathroom. The staff are both friendly and helpful. It would be difficult to find such a hotel at the price.
Stayed here with a group of friends for a weekend while visiting Pisa. A very lovely hotel, extremely close to the train station, literally a 3 minute walk away. Rooms are a decent size and very modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. Wifi worked well although it is not wifi owned by the hotel and uses a separate company but once you log in with the username and password that is given to you on arrival, then it works fine. All in all, a perfect hotel for anybody visiting Pisa.
We arrived at around midnight following a flight from Stansted in the U.K. The gentleman on reception could not have been more helpful. The rooms are generally clean but very basic, likened by a colleague to a slight step up from a YMCA. We each had a quadruple room which seems a very strange arrangement but is what had been booked for us, either 4 single beds or a double and two singles. Bed was very hard and whilst bathroom is ok could do with a very thorough update and upgrade. The breakfast was good and staff very helpful. Plenty of options and quality continental breakfast. This is a place to stay when need a basic, reasonably priced place to stay for a very short period. Unfortunately we did not get time for any sightseeing due to business meetings, so no idea how central the hotel is but a short trip from airport and near to train station.
The guy in the reception were very helpful. He helped my soon with a screwdriver to repair his sun glasses. Good breakfast. Clean and modern room. Near airport and train station. Easy to reach all tourist places.
