Boutique,free awesome breakfast,parking,everything I glass clean,ААА+

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Dinner and breakfast were both wonderful!

The hotel is gorgeous, very modern. The problem is that the architects did not pay enough attention to the usability of their design! Examples: - there are many mirrors and lights behind them. There is no clear way which way to turn each light. We could not go to sleep because we could not turn off the last one. We finally discovered that to turn off that one, instead of using one of the switches that were together for all the other lights, you needed to use a switch on that light itself! - we opened the electric shades, and could close all but one. There was the button that I was trying to use, and it would not work. Finally I discovered that the button was not connected to anything, and that the button for that shade was somewhere else! - there was a motion sensor in the bathroom that would shut the lights after 90 seconds of inactivity. That was tolerable if you were sitting on the toilet. You just waved your arms to turn the light back on. But if you were in the shower you had to come out to wve your arms! Another issue: I paid extra to be upgraded to a room with a Jacuzzi. My understanding was that "jacuzzi" is a generic term for a bathtub with jets that give you a massage. Well, that was not the case...the room had a Jacuzzi brand shower, with a tub with no jets. There were some small jets that would pierce you while you stood up to take a shower. There was no way to turn them off (the controller was obviously defective.) So it was technically a "jacuzzi"but I was dissappointed.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It was pretty easy to navigate to by car. Breakfast was very good and the room was very nice. There were several restaurants within walking distance. There was free parking outside as well as a pay garage. Not a direct shot to the leaning tower, but that was our difficulty with navigating.
